Schedule for your little ones

Hey ladies!!

I'm going back to work next week and am still having some issues with my little girl's night time schedule......

We usually put her down around 7:30-8:00. Right before we go to bed usually around 11:00 we feed her one more time....right now she is eating every 3 hours during the day.
Sometimes she sleeps for a good stretch but lately she is waking up at 3:00-3:30 & staying awake for awhile.....

I was curious what you all have done to get your LO on a schedule. Do you put them down later?....Do you wake them up for 1 more feeding before you go to bed?.....
Some people tell me its ridiculous to wake her up....others have done the same thing....I'm curious what has worked for you all.

Thanks for any suggestions!!!

I do the feeding late at night before I go to bed, but I do everything in the world to not wake her up. She can eat a whole bottle, and stay asleep for the entire thing. I know that Reese will wake for a feeding around 3am, so I try to catch her before she wakes up fully and then she eats while asleep again. This really made a big difference for us because with her not fully awakening, she didnt spend an hour after a feeding trying to go back to sleep. Instead of spending an hour or hour and a half in the middle of the night, shes now eating while sleeping and back in her crib within 20 minutes or so. It might be worth a try...
