Love that gender predictor!!! It was right for LP, so I'm betting on it being right with this one as well! Is it August 27th yet???????

Angela - I am curious about your acupuncturists theory that FETs produce more boys. I know none of this is an exact science and without PGD we can't predict what we are truly having at conception, but all the theories intrigue me!

Megsc - curses on the staff at your OB's office for changing your u/s date. Maybe I can get you an earlier appt up here - when can you be here??

This stinks, but just did another digital to hold off the voices and it is still positive...I am going to go broke, will not POAS again except of course for the one I already have b/c it came in a two-packer. Will not BUY any more sticks~can I PLEASE come there tomorrow?
When will it be the 27th???

Yes!! I bought ice cream and ice cream cones from the store, we had pizza for dinner (his favorite) AND he got to play his video game a little longer than usual. I REALLY limit his video game especially in the summer but that day he was still mad about having to have his blood drawn and held down by half of the staff. More embarrassed than anything, I think!

Yeah, yeah, let's all pitch in and keep at Robin's!!! I'm in, if Katie and Tom can have one why can't we?? And I'm definately not biased since we're in the same state or anything and coming to get u/s would be an excuse to go to South Park w/ PB Kids, Janie and Jack etc, no, not me.

SO It's almost a go for me!!! I just got back from the RE and he was wonderful as usual. I have to totally wean Gianni and have my prolactin levels monitored. Once they are at a reasonable number (usually a month after weaning) I can schedule CD 3 ultrasound and use the same IUI protocol that worked the last time.

So It looks like I have a date with an u/s around the 18th of September. It seems so far away but it gives me a few weeks of freedom. I can't believe I am going from being pregnant and playing by the rules to breastfeeding for 8 months to hopefully being pregnant again so I figure that gives me 4 weeks of binging on junkfood and cosmopolitans (oh how I've missed them) before getting back in gear. So now I have a few weeks to work off those last 5 lbs (to gain them all back) but I figure that is 5 less to lose later. If I can place an order for the Robin pregnancy plan of gaining no weight during pregnancy I will. Otherwise I will continue to enjoy the wonders of stretch fabrics.

Junk Food and Cosmos - and losing 5 pounds at the same time? It is going to be a wild few weeks, lol!!

Good news on the RE front! Sept 18 will be here before you know it!!

I know i realized that after writing it how in the world could I do both indulge and lose. So I have come up with drinking and walking home or eating while on the treadmill. Or I just never stop wearing my maternity clothes. I thought I was smart by never buying real maternity clothes and just buying things in XL now I look at them and know they are still my maternity clothes and it saddens me to know they still fit.

You could ONLY eat junk food and cosmos for a few weeks - in moderation, of course! Say maybe a Snickers for breakfast (peanuts for protein, chocolate for caffeine, everything else for the tastiness of it all), a cosmo and some cake for lunch (maybe cake would be better for breakfast, what with the milk and eggs and all), and then a cosmo and some chips for dinner (to satisfy your salt cravings). Of course, you would have to top the day off with a night cap and a mint on your pillow.

By the time you were pregnant, all you would crave would be healthy food after all that junk - man, this could work after all!!

ah, weaning's going to be tough enough. start the indulging now and worry about losing it after the baby... Is gianni taking any formula right now? I recommend using cabbage leafs as you try to wean...

Gianni has NEVER had any formula so I know I am in for it. But if I go with my gut I think he is ready. I would never even consider it if he wasn't so disinterested in breastfeeding. A few pgs. back I mentioned while trying to figure out a feeding schedule how to get him to drink more. He loves baby food and I have to hold him down or try to bfeed him while he is half asleep or he is fighting me to sit up straight and look around or get on the floor to play so I am hoping it is a smoother transition.

And I am all for just waiting to after #2 to get back in shape AND drinking while on a stationary bike. Thanks for everything girls it looks like I will stay busy for the next month or so leading up to treatments again.
