We just had some professional pics taken of Rowan. I've posted in the Feb due date thread, but thought I'd share here, too. They were taken on his 6 month b'day (last Friday).

Rowan's hair is officially out of control. Everyone says I can't cut it but my goodness, I'm going to have to dress him in a tux so as not to confuse for a girl. There are long pieces on top of short ones, curly as you can imagine... I think it would look better if I cut it, but I'll stick to the rules a little longer.

He could send some Caitlin's way??? I sure wouldn't mind!

Rowan is super handsome - I love the hair just the way it is. I took some nake pictures of Ethan at home this weekend too. Isn't it amazing to see how they've grown and now how they interact with their body? Ethan loves to play with his hands, his feet, our hands, our faces, etc. Thank you for posting. He looks perfect!

Thanks girls! The pictures really did come out great. I am so happy with them. He is a ham for the camera, the photographer couldn't get enough of him. He was having a good hair day that day - I have to wet it down! too funny. The one picture with all the small pictures is what the photographer calls "glimpses" which are pictures of his body parts - I just put up a few. She did ears, hands, feet, face, butt, etc. They are meant to be put in a frame with either 3 across, 4 square or 9 square, if that makes sense.

Jen - it is amazing how big they get and so fast! He loves to play with his hands, toes, etc. too. I love this age. It's so fun to see them explore everything.

Kelli - I'd love to send some hair your way - wish we could!

Katie - Audrey is beautiful! I love the smile. And, Audrey is one of my favorite girl names.

yeah, it was pretty cool. she had one complete with 9 square of another baby - it was beautiful. she likes to do them in either sepia or b&w.
