We did one round of 3 day Clomid+IUI.

2-list if MF a problem as well.

Husband had a vas reversal, but still had a good count.

My DH and I have the PCOS/MF Combo and we got our after 4 cycles of IVF. As far as the treatment, I did what my practice calls a mini-stim cycle (less meds) but we had to freeze due to the development of OHSS. And with a FET, your body isn't raging with meds which I think was the key for me. We transferred 3 (2, 8-cell and 1 morola) and I'm currently pregnant with a singleton. I have PCOS and DH is (at least reproductively) perfect. We did 3 cycles of Clomid and timed intercourse, the third of which resulted in an ectopic pregnancy. The next cycle I did Clomid and Follistim injections with a trigger and timed intercourse and am now almost 21 weeks along with one beautiful baby girl. Good luck to you!

metformin/injectibles and 4 iui's...tons of natural cycles. 1 little bean.

2-list if MF a problem as well.
Sort of...my DH has counts on the low end of normal. We got our BFP on an iui cycle with 18.1 mil...so it got the job done. We also got BFP last January on a natural cycle. So I think the MF was not really much of an issue. Once I got on the Met and the right cocktail of injectibles...it worked out.

We've got PCOS and MF and my ob/gyn said ivf was pretty much our only option so we went straight to ivf. Although I did try metformin for 2 months and we both did acupuncture. Metformin was a disaster and acupuncture helped hubby, but not enough.
We did ivf one time, transfered 2 good embies and are pregnant with a singleton. I did have severe ohss though after the transfer, which I blame on PCOS.
Good luck, it is definitely possible to get pregnant with pcos, you just have fewer natural options, especially if you have MF also.

after 3 years of ttc we figured there was no hope and i started back to school and lost some weight then last night i got my first bfp.. i took the test just to prove i wasnt to dh... 4 tests later im officially KNOCKED UP! it happens when least expected..

We did countless cycles with clomid/Metformin/steroid until we finally reached the highest amount allowed and still never ovulated.

We then switched over to Follistim/Metformin/Ovidrel and timed intercourse with success...

1st try- 1 follicle, I ovulated but ran a really high fever and it was a .

2nd try- Overstimulated with 20+ eggs and had to cancel cycle

3rd try- had 7-10 eggs was scheduled for a follicle reduction, but found out last minute that DH's motility was off...due to an infection he had recently had. DR. cancelled the follicle reduction...gave us about a 2% chance of concieving that cycle ...but also said if by some chance we did concieve we could be facing high order multiples. We tried TI anyways and got a . Then had a natural miscarriage.

4th try- Had 2-4 eggs, TI, got a . Baby passed away...had a D&C...found out it was a girl with trisomy 16 (a common, random, 100% fatal chromosomal problem).

5th try(Natural)- we were on a 3 month break after the D&C and I started using OPK's and found that I was about to ovulate for the first time....on my own....we did TI and it was a

6th try- We had 2-3 eggs, TI and got pregnant with twins, lost one of the twins (vanishing twin) and almost 21 weeks pregnant with the other.

It's been a long road but we're finally here...about 9 1/2 years since we first started trying to concieve when we got married...and 3 angel babies later.

We're finally more than half way there....to holding our little boy in our arms!!!

Such a BLESSING!!! ....Don't ever give up trying.

We tried clomid for months which resulted in a miscarriage and were then advised to to straight to IVF which we did and got a BFP and I am now 32 weeks with twins.

2-list if MF a problem as well.
Not really - we had mild anti-sperm antibodies so we washed the sperm before transfer just to be safe but it wasn't imperative.

I have PCOS and my hubby is perfect. I got a in 2006 after 3 rounds of femara and 1 cycle of injectables/IUI. I had my beautiful baby boy in March of 2007. I am trying for #2. Not so successful. 4 failed IUI attempts and on 1st IVF right now. Hoping for another Hope everyone gets their babies!

I just finally got my first definite positive on Friday. I have my first ultrasound on the 26th. Clomid didn't work for me so we used Gonal-f with with an Hcg trigger and timed intercourse. I can't beleive after a year it is finally happening. Good luck to everyone out there still trying. I pray it happens for you soon.

DH is perfect. man has super sperm lol. I did several cycles of clomid, only ovulated once. tried 2 cycles of femara... no ovulation. Finally gave in and did a round of follistim plus ovidrel with timed intercourse... first try! Now almost 16 weeks with one beautiful baby!!
