Anyone Done This to Help with PCOS???

 Male Factor diagnosed in 2002-Average count, low mobility and abnormal morph.
 Rounds of Clomid, Metformin, Shots and 2 Failed IUI's-No Luck! Told only hope is IVF!
 Taking a Break-Moved onto Adoption-2 Failed International
1/2005-Signed with Adoption Facilatator
  Matched 12-12-05 with birthmom!
 Darling Son born: 5-10-06
 7/2008-Planning on trying again soon!

I have never tried this program. But I am currently doing the South Beach Diet along with the Metroformin and my insulin level is getting lower and lower plus I almost lost 30 pounds already in 2 months. I excercise alot more too. Maybe try the south beach diet which teaches you to eat the right foods so your body doesn't crave the carbs and sugar anymore. I was so scared in the beginning because I was a total sugar and carb addict but once your on the diet you don't have those cravings anymore. That program almost sounds like the same concept.

I have never heard of that one, but I am including a link that may help you. I have this book, and although I haven't conceived yet it is really helping with the weight issue. I've only been following it for about 4 weeks and I can't remember the last time I felt this good. Me: 26 - PCOS DH: 29 - Good to go!! Furbabies:  Yuna - 4 year old girl Nomad - 3 year old boyWe love our puppies, but want a baby more than anything! 2 Years of trying naturally then... August 2007 - First Visit with RE August 2007-July 2008 - 3 Unsuccessful Clomid Cycles and 1 Unsuccessful Injectibles Cycle August 8th-20th - Gonal-F Injections August 21st-23rd - hCg and BD then 2WW September 10th - HPT. I got my .September 10th - Blood Test level of a little over 600 September 12th - Blood Test level of a little over 1,600 proving I am finally .September 26th - First Ultrasound October 3rd - Second Ultrasound - 4 Strong Heartbeats October 13th - 3 Strong Heartbeats and an November 3rd - 2 Strong Heartbeats and Another November 10th - U/S Me 12w3d Baby A measured 13w2d and HB162 and Baby B measured 13w3d and HB also 162. They both are looking strong and active.
