Angry New to the forum

Hello, I am new to the forum but I have been the posts for weeks trying to learn somethings that I didn't already know and decided to join. I have PCOS and I was diagnosed at 13yrs old. I am currently on Metformin 1000mg and TTC #1. I went to my GYN to day hoping to get Clomid but she wants me to chart my temps for another 2 months!!! I am already frustrated with this and now I have to wait another 2 months. I am waiting on AF right now to come it was due yesterday and nothing so the doc told me to test and of couse it was . I am very discouraged and I am that I can concieve soon. I am 29 yrs old and I feel like time is running out.

I am sorry you have to go through this. How long have you been charting? When Dh and I started TTC my GYN wanted me to have at least 6 months of charts before she would do anything. When I went in I had 14 months of charts because I was charting while DH was away with the Military. All this can be a very frustrating process . I wish you lots of Luck and . I You can get started soon.

I just went to a wonderful RE last cycle, and they told me not to worry about BBT or OPK because the internal US sees everything, and cuts the guesswork out. They said the BBT and OPK are wastes of time, and not to do it. I LOVED THAT. They never told me anything when I was doing them before. I can't believe they would not do anything without BBT's! That's crazy! I would switch to an RE. Don't waste time at the OB like I did...
