I was just curious what doses those of you that have PCOS have taken during the stimming process. My last cycle ( that ended in BFN with nothing to freeze ) was 150IU RE is increasing the dose for this next cycle.

So what dose of Follistem/Gonal-F did you PCOS ladies use and was it successful ?

My last cycle the RE's decided I was ultimatly under stimulated. This time around I will be doing the flare protocol - Just looking to compare stories

My dose varied each time, but the highest dose of Gonal-f I was on was 225IU. It really can vary enormously from person to person. What works from 1 cycle to the next can vary as well. It only took me 150 my last cycle and now I am pregnant.

I started out at 175 and went down to 150. Since I am doing PGD this time around, my RE says she will up the meds this round. I'm not sure what that is going to be yet.

I am not sure what my doses were but my RE had me on a pretty high dose with no ovulation. I used 3-4 vials of powder to 1 sterile diluent. I am now scheduled for ovarian drilling to help decrease the male hormones.

Hi there. I just finished my first injects cycle and I'm in the 2ww. We did Repronex. My RE would only start me on 75iu each night as she says PCOS women often overstimulate easily.

We did 75iu for 7 nights then it seemed my follies stalled so I did 150iu on the 8th night and the next morning I went in I had 4 mature follies ready to go and I triggered that night, and had my IUI 2 days later. We are hoping it worked!!
