pcos and conception

I have been taking Glucophage for two months now. Recently diagnosed with PCOS after 2 unsuccessful IUI's and 1 IVF in 2008. Just wanted to see if anyone has conceived with glucophage alone and how long where you taking it? If you did conceive how long did it take? Did you change your diet?
