I was told once that I would never ovulate on my own. I did prometrium withdrawl to induce my periods. At that time, I was 268 lbs. Through diet and exercise I dropped down to 155lbs. Once I hit below 200, my periods returned like clockwork and my husband was getting me pregnant on average of every four months until I found out I had APS also. With heparin, aspirin and prometrium I was able to have two successful pregnancies. Best of luck!!!
