Hyperplasia/pcos will Clomid help?
Hello all, I am new to this community, well actually I am new to the whole idea of writing a thread on a forum like this. I have often come to this site to read and to find support from women going through the same things as me....Ok now for my questions.....
I was recently diagnosed(about a year ago)with hyperplasia. I had a d&c done, followed by many rounds of Provera to keep coming. I have also had PCOS since I was 16, they just never did anything to help me ovulate. After many, many, many , I am desperate to finally have my !I have currently been on Metformin for 1 year now. I finally had my final vaginal ultrasound and my OB told me that my lining was at a normal healthy lining, so my battle with hyperplasia is on hold! Ok so finally, this current month, I did not ovulate(she did a blood test to confirm), and so I will start my round of Provera followed by my first round of Clomid 50mg.

1. Has anyone else battled hyperplasia and PCOS and end up conceiving on Clomid? And if so how many rounds of Clomid and how many mg did you end up taking?
2. Has anyone had twins or more while taking Clomid?
3. Did anyone miscarry a few times before actually carrying the baby to full term?
4. Finally, can anyone tell me what to expect with my first round of Clomid, and has anyone conceived on their first round with the problems I have mentioned above, and does it take a while for Clomid to build in the system or is it something that takes effect the minute the first pill is swallowed?
