So Confused!
I am so confused! I am 28 and my hubby is 34. We've been TTC for 4 years. We have had several IUI's, clomid cycles, and only unsucessful IVF which resulted in 17 eggs retrieved and only 2 survived! I've been taking Metformin for about 8 months and since then I've had 2 chemical pregnancies and 1 blighted ovum. My Dr. suspects that I have poor egg quality issues after my IVF. Anyway, my dr. recommended continuing to "try" with the metformin. He said that hopefully eventually one good quality egg will "stick". Do you ladies think that he is right, or should I look into another IVF? I am so emotionally tired! I really don't want to go through another miscarriage. I also thought about using an egg donor. Oh yeah, all of my tests came back normal. Do you really think that it could be my eggs? I thought maybe they didn't stimulate me right during the IVF. Let me know what you ladies think.
