My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a while now. We've been doing cycles of Clomid to try to ovulate (I have PCOS). My period started on the 8th of this month and lasted around 4 or 5 days. This cycle my doctor gave me 200mg of Clomid to start on day 5. On the 18th I had an ulrasound and she found 6 eggs (small ones i might add) She asked me to take a Estrodial blood test and to go back and see her on Friday the 21st. Well I did what she told me and she said my Estrodial level was 263 (comparing to 64 on the 18th) and that one of my eggs had reach a size of 17.6 mm. My husband and I have been having sex everyday since Friday. I guess my question is, What are my chances of conceiving this cycle?

I wish I could tell you the chances. I have PCOS too. I had 4 IUI's without success. I actually took clomid for 3 months with cycle monitoring prior to having an IUI. I took injectables (Folistim and Ovidrel trigger shots with my IUI's. I was told by my RE that I had about a 20-25% chance of getting pregnant with IUI. Good Luck.
