Red face Bicornuate Uterus AND PCOS

After getting off of birth control, I read "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" and began charting my cycle. My sister had PCOS and passed this book onto me. My cycles were very long and my temperature didn't raise - RED flag that I wasn't actually ovulating. I called my doctor, because I became concerned that I too had PCOS. After giving her assistant my symptoms, I was scheduled for blood work and an ultrasound. This morning I had my ultrasound and got the bad news that I have a bicornuate uterus (.1-.5% of US women). I also may have PCOS, but this will be discussed next week when I meet with my doctor. Wow - what a bummer! My husband and I were trying to get pregnant, but I can see this is going to be a long and trying road. I'm just hoping to get encouragement and recommendations through this forum.
