PCOS diet book, any info?

Hi all. I have just found a book on amazon.com called the pcos diet by Collette Harris. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this book. Please let me know. I have ordered it and hope it will be helpful.

I think I have seen that book. I did see a gyn doctor after I got diagnosed and she believed in total diet control for the tx of PCOS and recommended this book so I'm guessing it is good.
