Hey Jen! I am really sorry you are going through that. I am not on Provera, but I am on Clomid and I feel the same way. I get really bad side effects and I also get very emotional. The hard part is that no one seems to trully understand. While my DH is very supportive and sweet, I feel like he sometimes thinks I use it as an excuse, but I honestly have moments when I feel completely out of control of my actions, reactions and emotions. Here are some things that I do to help me:
read a book take a bath go on a long walk/run start a project (whether it is a creative one or just cleaning out my closet, the distraction helps) Good luck! I have also been TTC for #1 for a year. It is much harder than I thought it would be, and none of my friends have had this problem. Keep me updated! Amy |

I appreciate the reply, sometimes it is just nice to know someone else understands you.

I think any meds that mess with our hormones are going to make us crazy! lol. I am also not on provera but am on Clomid. It makes me an emotional wreck. I cry at the drop of a hat. My DH and I start talking about his family and his SIL and I instantly well up with tears. (His SIL is not very nice to me!!
) I just have to say one thing, I hate hormones!! |
