Coping and Being Positive
I think the best way to truly stay positive during IF and the treatments you are enduring is to find things that make you happy. Maybe it's gardening, or hanging out in your favorite bookstore, or seeing a really funny movie. Maybe it's dating your DH again, or getting together with your best girlfriends for a night of board games. While you might not feel top notch because your sad a lot, fill your life with people who bring you up (but who don't talk about their kids much) and know things to do to cheer you.
