This thread is so inspirational I just had to revive it

I have been through the IF journey since April 2005, and my husband and I have grown through leaps and bounds both in our marriage and as individuals. I consider this as part of our life's testimony, where we can help others understand and cope with IF also--we have certainly been there and have gone through so much to have a little one. And I am certain that we will.

This time around (my first IVF), I am adopting the Serenity prayer that one of the ladies introduced before. I have done everything humanly possible to help the process along toward a , and of course my DH and I are hoping for the best! Plus I really feel calm and confident about how things are going and will turn out.

So basically when the going gets tough keep a positive attitude, keep moving forward no matter what and trust in God. You have all of us here on Fertilitycommunity to help lift your spirits if you need a boost!

Here's to you!!!

I'm glad this thread is revived!

These are some Bible verses I hold dear and keep as promises:

Psalm 113:9
He settles the barren woman in her home as a happy mother of children. Praise the LORD.

Psalm 128:6
and may you live to see your children's children.
