Question for women with DOR during IVF

Next week I'll do my beta, but since only one of our eggs fertilized, I'm not hopeful that this will be a BFP. So...I'm looking ahead to what to do next. After doing TONS of research, I'm feeling like the protocol used for me was not a good one. So, I'm curious, for those of you who have Decreased Ovarian Reserve, what IVF protocol(s) worked for you?

Our next IVF will be the last one paid for by insurance, so I really want to make sure we seek the best treatment possible.

Thanks for your advice!
Sharon
