I posted when my sister lost her daughter in January at 32 weeks. The hospital she went to took pictures for her but Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep was not established where we live. She contacted the non for profit and they are in the process of connecting with photographers where we live. She will be the liason for the area and I think this has been sooo good for her. I am so glad that she is doing something that will help other families and in return honor our angel Amanda. Their website is wonderful and the service is provided for families free of charge. They also take donations which go towards providing a disc with the pictures for the family and the retouching/enhancements that are used on the photos.

That's really great that this is helping her to heal. Did they do a special on this not too long ago (Dateline??)? I watched something about taking photos of the pregnancy to show that te life had meaning, and cried through the entire thing. It really is a special thing they do.

It really is special. They even train the photographers to make sure that they are not intrusive and to make it as easy as possible for the parents and family. It definitely is a well thought out company.
