I had unprotected sex about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Last week, I had a few alcoholic beverages with friends, unknowing of any possible pregnancy. Tuesday morning I started having pains in my lower abdomen. I have had to urinate more frequently and when I do urinate, I have severe pain in my lower abdomen and right above my vaginal area. Sometimes when I finish urinating, it feels as though I still have to urinate more. There has been slight bleeding with a pinkish-red color. Nothing heavy, but noticeable when I wipe. My cramps come and go. Sometimes they are sharp pains and sometimes it is just a dull pain in my lower abdomen.

Is this a possible miscarriage or just signs of implantation? Any possible answers?

Have you taken a home pregnancy test? If you are miscarrying this early, it won't be much different from a period. There is a remote chance it could be an ectopic pregnancy. In any event, you should probably take a test to see if you're pregnant. And I wouldn't worry about a few glasses of alcohol during the 2ww. More girlfriends than I can shake a stick at got pregnant after some sort of alcoholic bender.

I did take a home pregnancy test 2 days ago & it showed negative, but like I said my menstrual cycle is not supposed to come until the 18th. So I didn't know if that was too soon to show anything.

I am going to take another one when it is closer to time of my menstrual cycle.

As far as the alcohol, I drank quite a lot, but it would have been VERY early in the pregnancy so...

I agree with K...wait until it is closer to your AF, then test again. You could also be experiencing a bladder/kidney infection. Your other symptoms of frequent urination sounds like a UTI. I believe AZO has an over the counter UTI test now, though I'm not sure. The last possiblity is an STD such as chlamydia or gonorrhea. Both cause pelvic pain, discharge, and pain/frequent urination. If your HPT shows a negative result again, and you're still experiencing the pain, go see your GP or GYN right away. These STDs are easy to treat but can cause problems if untreated.

Don't beat yourself up about the drinks. No matter how many. LOADS of women party without realizing that they are pregnant. If this is an early miscarriage, you didn't cause it.

Sounds like a UTI or bladder infection to me. Like Kathryn said, a miscarriage at this stage would just seem like a heavy or delayed period.
