Martie, the day or retrieval is counted as the day of ovulation. So, in a 5dt you are already at day 5. I am 7 days past a 5dt, so I am 12 days past ovulation. My beta isn't until 19 days past ovulation, which is super ridiculous.

 TTC #1 for 2.5+ years ME: (Amy) 28, tubal damage DH: (Chris) 30, perfect! 3 IUI cycles cancelled due to a # of problems & 1 cycle resulting in BFN 1/12 BFP on natural cycle,ectopic pregnancy ended 1/23/07 1st IVF: 2/7- ER- 17 eggies!! 2/10-ET 2 8-cell 6dp3dt, 7dp3dt hpt=  God is so good! Betas: 2/22= 170, 2/25= 499, 2/29=2857 1st u/s 3/13 (My wedding anniversary!) 140 BEAUTIFUL bpm! 2nd u/s 3/27 - WOW! The growth is amazing! 182 bpm U/S 5/27/08 GO TEAM BLUE!!! OMG THEY WERE WRONG! We've switched teams...we're now THINKING PINK!!!   Going for baby #2! FET October 6th - BFN I realize I'm blessed beyond measure, and I have tons of faith that God has more blessings in store for me...gotta keep on trying! Sept. 2004 ectopic pregnancy (lost left tube) 2006 4 IUI no success May 2007 1st IVF *pregnancy but lost on 6/24/07 at 8 weeks 3 days Sept 2007 FET 9/07 AF is here  here we go again!!9/10 screen scan ultrasound 9/11 start 75 iu of Gonal F 9/17 BW and ultrasound (everything going along fine increase gonal f to 150iu) 9/20 bw and ultrasound (lining at 12mm, but eggs only went from 12 to 14mm, e2 not high enough) 9/22 bw and ultrasound(everything grew nicely 1 more night of meds!!!!) 9/23 trigger 9/27 ET (3 frozen embryos) 10/8 beta 21  10/10 beta 51  10/22 ultrasound (1 little Jelly Bean) 11/05 2nd ultrasound (heart beat 170 bpm) 11/12 3rd u/s due to spotting (all is well h/b 185 bpm)  Oct 2009 FET  Nov/Dec 2009 11/17 AF is here, its a go for #2!!

same day as mine, which is ridiculous. it's like they want to draw out the torture. i want to know one way or another FOR SURE on Friday. If it's a bfn Chris and I are going to go out on a date night...and you better believe there will be drinking done. I will not drink until I get a beta...so I am going to call my OB/Gyn and beg for a beta on Friday. I just want this to be over...one way or another. I am not good at not knowing, you know? If it's positive, I'm ready to celebrate, but if it's negative, I need to have my "day" then pick myself up and start working on plan B.

that is silly that your Beta is the same day as mine. I am hoping to POAS on friday and have some result but I am nervous as all get out to do it. Ugg this is agonizing. I went to the store today to shop and get my insulin, I shopped go in the car and half way home before I realized I forgot to go back and get the darn insulin WTH I am totally not remembering what I am suppose to be doing here.

I am probable going to POAS tomorrow! I am really trying to wait, I think the trigger should be out by then. I triggered on Sunday the 4th? What do you ladies think?

Beta results from yesterday are in and its an official bfn. I am so sad, but we'll be okay. I just keep telling myself that Lily is so meant to be my daughter, and the next one that comes along...I will feel the same way. God has a plan...if only he'd give me a peek at what it is. We meet w/ our RE on Tuesday to discuss our options. I am thinking of asking for Lap surgery to maybe clear out my tubes and see whats going on in there. Maybe then we can do a few clomid cycles, or injections w/ timed intercourse. We can't do any real treatments at the moment due to me working part time and no insurance for IF stuff. Time to pick myself up, dust myself off and keep on trying.
