I'm freaking out. My bbs started hurting a couple of days ago. Today I had to come home and remove my bra. I noticed that it was wet. First I thought it was sweat but I saw how enlarged my bbs were. When I touched them milk was coming out. Now. If I sit up I start to drip.
Anyone else had anything like that? What do I do?
I'm beyond freaked out. Help!!!

i don't know what to say other than i would call your re or dr and ask for advice..it will eventually go away but you could have problems if they get engorged..could cause infection..the dr might be able to prescribe you something to help dry the milk up...

Hi Wanessa I am sorry for your loss and now that your lactating is like throwing salt in a wound.I lost my son at 18 weeks and 3 days later I started lactating I also was so engourged it just poured out.I called my Dr and he said to put ice packs on and wear a tight fitting bra always even to bed.It was very uncomfortable b/c my bbs were so sore but almost 3 weeks later it stopped.I asked if they had something I can take to help dry up the milk faster and he said they dont give out prescriptions anymore b/c they have severe side effects of stroke and heart attack.Again sorry for your loss.
