Should I have hope? (pg mentioned)

My 4th IVF was a success, and I had decent beta #s:
13dpr-76
15dpr-133
19dpr-702

Today, 23dpr, I woke up to cramping and a gush of bleeding. The cramps were strong, but subsided within an hour. I passed a couple of big clots, then head off to my doc for blood and sono. I'm so thankful they are there on Saturdays! So at 5w2d, we saw a sac, but it was too early to see anything else. He gave us a few scenarios: random bleeding, loss of a twin, etc. He also said that if today's beta was 2500+, we had nothing to worry about. But it wasn't. It was 1800. Low, I know. So now we wait until Monday's blood work.

The thing is, I haven't had any bleeding at all since this morning. Cramping is very slight, hardly noticeable. If I were miscarrying, wouldn't I still be bleeding? Would we have seen the sac?

I know only the numbers on Monday will tell. I this feeling.
