ok, so Im totally confused. I had an early m/c in late July. I took some meds to enable a natural m/c - this was on July 24th, next few days passed all the tissue.

then around Aug 3-5, i had something like a light period -- not sure if that was AF or not.

And now its Sept 11, and no AF yet (I have a 30 day cycle regularly).

Whats going on ??? Shd I be concerned ? Last week (when it was 30 days) I took a hpt - it was negative. Shd I test again ??

You may want to call your doctor to see if they want to run a beta test just to be sure. If that is negative, they can give you Provera to bring on AF...good luck...I hope you are preggers!!!!!

I miscarried on August 11, bled until very early September, and I just got my period today, September 13.

Wondering about this myself. I was treated for an ectopic on August 11 and started bleeding on August 20. Not sure when to expect my period and it's kind of annoying. RE said it should go back to a regular cycle but I just don't know when that'll start up again. So I guess I'm not help besides letting you know you're not alone
