Unhappy Have I lost one or both of my pregnancies!

Me and my husband has just gone through our second ICSI and two embryos were planted last just over a week ago. Last week Saturday we were told that I had a low pregnancy test and my hcg was 11 . I knew my test would be bad news because within hours after visiting the clinic I was experiencing cramping pains and then soon after I started to bleed. My bleeding at first was not heavy I called the nurse who told me not to panic (easier said than done) and told me to watch my flow the heavier the flow the more likely I'll be experiencing a miscarriage. I tried hard not to panic because it dose not help but it really worried me the more my bleeding advanced and appeared very bitty? I have experienced four miscarriages before in the past but nothing like this. The bleeding remained the same flow, texture, colour dark red and bitty for approx 18hrs. On Sunday my bleeding became clear like any other period passing two or three small clots, changing pads less and less often and my bleeding stopped on the forth day. In addition, I was also experiencing the worse lower back pain for four days.
I am confused because I have not passed enough that confirms a complete miscarriage to me. This has left me unsure if I have lost one or both of my pregnancies . To confuse things more I am still having early pregnancy symptoms but only on a small scale, so I am having frequent headaches, dizzy spells, feelings of sickness, wanting certain foods, eating more often, visiting the loo often, tired, smoggy head. I have another test this Saturday to see if the hcg has increased or gone down to zero, the nurse said last week that I need to prepare myself because the chances of my pregnancy continuing are very slim but not to give up hope!
Dose anyone have any encouragement or advance for me, emotionally I don't know how where I am, this week I have been off work resting trying to stay focused and claim. This is a awful time because there is nothing anyone can do but sit and wait and let nature take its course. Hard times hard times!
