hey ladies. recently, a good friend of mine had a miscarriage. i told her that i didn't know how to help her with this one, but that you are always so helpful in your responses. she was wondering if she should expect her period as usual or will it take a while for her to start a period? any input would be appreciated.

I have had 2 miscarriages and both times my next period came like clockwork one month later. But anything can happen with a m/c and she should expect anything. I have read on here that many women take months for their next period to come. I would think that anything over 3 mos. would be reason to see a doctor, but within that range it could be anywhere. I wish her the best.
