Coping with pregnancy loss

Here is an article on coping with pregnancy loss. I did some of the things mentioned in the article, like keeping a journal to get my feelings out and seeking help from others. We also planted a rose bush in honor of our baby. Dealing with the loss of a child is heartbreaking and devastating, but there are things you can do to help with the grieving process.

Hope this helps! Hugs to all who have experienced the loss of a child.

Thanks for that. It's amazing how you need to be reminded it's okay to be not-okay sometimes. I find myself falling into that trap. I think it's because everyone but my closest friends are expecting me to be over it now. It's been 6 weeks today. I guess sometimes people just don't understand that I'll be missing her for the rest of my life.
