I'm so sorry you are going through this right now! Unfortunately, I don't have any advice as I had a D&C. BUt I remember my doctor telling me that if I had to change pads every hour, then to call the office. Is there an advice nurse you can call? I don't blame you for not wanting to go to the ER, but if it doesn't slow down and the clots become bigger, then it's better to err on the safe side. This must be so scary and traumatic for you!

Sunny- I am so sorry. I had the same exact thing happen my last m/c. Everytime I passed the large clots the pain was excruciating. I was not going through the pads so quickly with blood but more with clots. I called the on call RE and she said if it continued to go to the ER. I ended up taking tylenol and Vicodin and putting my feet up in bed. I eventually fell asleep and the pain subsided as well as the clots. It's a very traumatic thing both physically and mentally to go through and I am so sorry for you. Please let me know if you need anything.
