Josee- 900 cals is TOO LITTLE for a woman, let alone a man. He should probably be eating upwards of 1700-2000 cals a day even with trying to lose weight. Tell him to beef it up or I'll ship my hubby over. He is a food satan when it's comes to eating right to lose weight. LOL

They are in Florida. I'm okay. She was a first cousin, but I barely knew her. She was 10 years older. I just keep thinking about her poor son...almost 5 years old

that is what makes me mad. it is so unhealthy and he says it isn't.

it makes me sad to see him eat so little. he binges and he gained a lot of weight. I got him to join team skinnies and he went nuts. he has never eaten breakfast or lunch. i am so upset. i am french, i even have dual nationality. food is sacred. i can't stand it.

Let him know that his body will go into starvation mode, and it will retain anything and everything he puts in there...therefor he will not lose weight, he might even gain. He is starving himself. It's not enough. So not enough. My DH's eyes bugged out of his head when I told him 900 cals. He says he should "graze". Eat six small meals a day and eat up to 2000 cals a day depending on how hard he works out. Drink plenty of water and stay well hydrated. Tell him that my DH is worried about him, that it isn't healthy to eat that little and he could end up doing more harm then good. (like being hospitalized)

Josee-I am with Shawna-900 calories is WAY too little for a guy his size.

Josee- He also NEEDS To eat breakie and lunc. In order to lose weight properly he needs at least three square meals a day. He's going to drop pounds right now but the minute he lets up and maybe binges or eats normally he'll gain it all back and then some cause he's messed with his metabolism and the way his body is storing fat because of eating so few calories. I'm really worried too infact! I was once a very unhealthy anorexic teenager. When i finally ate again, I ballooned from 130 lbs to 180 and at my highest I hit 205. I hope he comes to his senses for the both of you.
