I may grab a veggie sandwhich at subway on my way home, no way am I going to cook at 8pm at night. Well if I don't log on when I get home I hope everyone has a great night. (Yeah right, let's get serious -I'll log on and see what is going on, I"m a junkie) TaTa for now.

Oh and Rach you look super hot all skinny and with your hair cute.

just starting out..

I just got went to the doctor today and we will be starting down this road in the next few days. I'm not sure exactly which one we will be taking just yet as my report has been fantastic she said when the lab results came back so what we're going to do I'm not sure.

My husband and I are due for blood work, he will have SA the following week when we get those results, and Tuesday of next week I have an HSG done as the doctor wants to look at my fallopian tubes to be sure they are working.

Today while I was at the reproductive doctor, we did a transvaginal to check on the ovaries and the uterine wall which is in great shape she said. I am very happy to hear about that since we've had issues lately with everything else.

I was weighed and had a few things suggested to me which I need to look at changing. Something she would like me to start working on is walking more. The weight is coming off but as she said it isn't falling fast enough so that's an issue. I've always had trouble loosing weight in the past and something I need to deal with. Fortunately, now that the weather is changing I can at least start walking outside a little.

I have to admit I got a little nervous especially after hearing information about IVF and financial issues but at least now we know what to look at for worse case scenario IF we need to go that route. The doctor said to us what is going to determine a lot of it is what the HSG test says on my fallopian tubes where they are and what the analysis test says with my husband will have a large portion of it as well. The good thing is, once these tests are finished, we're done and will know exactly what needs to be done and how we can get pregnant. She feels that we can have a child while I am 40 because of all the positive factors. We shall see what happens.

I'm recovering from abnormal cell removal that took place on March 17th, basically they did a biopsy and discovered it was better removing three cells to resolve the issue before they turned cancerous. That was a heap of trouble off of my mind let me tell you. I'm pretty much recovered from it but pretty much free from all the bruising that I had which is a good thing. Eventually the BD'ing can start to resume as normal, we've already done it a few times as it's okay and the doctor said it was fine. It will just take awhile but that's okay. My husband is patient because of how delicate things can be at times. It boosts his ego and we surely get more time together because of this issue so it's well worth it.

Sorry for the TMI.

Well, Sue, you are in our prayers and thoughts... and you've come to the right place. All of us have felt your pain for many years and welcome you here to walk with you down this road. Good luck!!

Heidi - you look fantastic! Wow... and in only 4 months! You can REALLY tell in your face... and what a pretty face! It took longer than 4 months to put ON the weight... it will take longer than 4 months to take it back off, okay? Keep reminding yourself that and don't get discouraged! You're fabulous!

Well, I am now starting to think about working only part time... half days or three days a week... I don't know... I'm pretty d*mn near on empty come five o'clock... *sigh*

Shawna, Double Hugs for you and Matt. The time it takes for results is so stressful. My Dad had a CT for a possible mass a few months ago. It took them 10 days to get back to him. We were all stressed out. In the end, they said it was nothing to worry about. At least you got the appt this week. I am grateful for that.

Ronni, congrats on the start of stims. How many days of the lupron do you have to do? How are you feeling? Does it have any effect on you already? You are on a roll now? So you are seeing your local doctor for ultrasounds and blood work for the next week? Daily or every other day?

And I leave for France on Wednesday. It will be a really quick trip. I'll be back Sunday night.

Jen, sounds like your interview went well. congratulations. I am especially glad that you find the work interesting. :-) I am not really surprised he found out all that stuff. Employers google people all the time. Real estate transactions are public record and maybe he ran a credit check on you too. But I am surprised he mentioned it to you. I hope he hasn't found this thread. Set your profile to mostly private. That is that unless you befriend someone they can't see anything. And so sad for your cousin. What a way to enter puberty and young adulthood. Poor little girl.

Brenna, you could do that kit that Amy did to find out the sex. Are things adding up though? The higher heartbeat, how you are carrying it, or anything else?

Oh Alana, I know you are in a tough spot without DH but knowing DH needs to be where he is. I am glad he'll be with you for your OB appt on Monday. Then you'll have some to grin to and hug and point at the beautiful baby with. And for the record, one of my childhood best friends went down the aisle pregnant at 5 months and you couldn't tell. First timers keep the secret longer. For now, it is still just a secret between you and your baby. So cute.

Kelly, today is a prednisone free day. Ahhhhhh... how's it feel? I've thought about it. Will DH let me hide in your suitcase and come to Negril too?

Devan, I hope the tide changes by the time they'd ship you out so that you can either stay home or stay close and safe.

Cool Rachael, you sound like you had a great 'recharge' day! Now you are slim with pretty nails and a happy baby! SOunds good to me. (And you look great in your picture with a tight tummy. I like your hair! And your son is gorgeous as usual. He probably makes the daycare girls drool too.)

Amy, you sound like you are uncomfortable over there with your deep chest cold. Make sure it isn't bronchitis. Your Dauson must be plugging her ears in there. I'll call your baby Dauson until you find out the sex. Since it is more likely a daughter than a son Dau comes first. LOL.

Shelly, how's your head and how about the tough kiddies?

Hi April!

Have a good day every one!

Thanks for all your great birthday wishes girls. All in all it was a great day. I overate like crazy until my belly hurt too (2200 calories). I have an extra workout coming real soon. The sushi party is friday with my entire family!

I worked out hard last night at Team Skinnies and they all broke out in a super loud Happy Birthday in the middle of our session. It was cute and embarrassing at the same time. I have still only lost 7 lbs to date. We are on week 10. I think I lost 7 lbs of boobs. My double DDs are probably a simple C now. Whimper. I miss my boobs.

I did sign up for my very first 5K race this weekend. I won't be able to run the whole thing. I have some heart issues that make my heart race really high so I run and then when the heart rate number scares me I stop and walk til it drops. It is called a sinus tacchycardia. I am really excited about the race. This was on my before 40 goal. I know for some people like Sporty Spice (aka Miss Kelly) a 5K is a warmup run but still for me it is a huge challenge.

Sue, you will get lots of support and encouragement on this forum. And you can never tell us tmi...thats what its all about!

Rachael, you are so slim already missy! What have you been up to? Wow, I hope I can drop the pounds like you have, you are like one of those celebrity mums that give birth and waltz out the hospital looking fabulous. You go girl!! (oh and Aiden is so darn adorable I want to squeeze those cheeks of his. Guess thats why hes the daycare darling )

Jen, I think you should post the boob update on your FB soap thread. Its been lacking in action. I'm sorry to hear about your cousin, thats so sad she had to experience something so traumatic at that age. It must be very tough on her young body to be pregnant also. I know pregnancy under 16 is as high-risk as over 45. Keep us posted how she goes.

Hi to everyone else. Shawna, did you enjoy your hot-tub last night? We haven't even bothered to fill ours yet, we still have work being done in the garden. By the time I do fill it I'll be putting in cold water and soaking my bloated body in it.

But you'll never believe it...I got a bit of color on my face from the sun yesterday. Yep, you heard me right. The sun is back in Toronto!!
