Hope everyone is having a nice evening.

Happy Passover everyone!

Amy, I think the diaper cake is very nice, I think the animals are so cute. A co-worker of mine made one for our boss and she asked if she could make me one too. I told her of course!! I will take a picture when I get it.

Kelly so sorry that you are having such an icky time with the withdrawls. They sound terrible.

Shawna, hope you and DH get some good news next week. We are all on pins and needles for you!

Kelly that stinks you are having withdrawals. I hope it gets better tomorrow. I got your magnet, so pm me your address and I will send it.

Shawna, sorry about kitty

Alana, I am not much help. All of my dogs stay outside.

Josee Sushi sounds yummy! I am jealous. I have to drive an hour for it!

I am hanging out tonight. The kids each have a friend over and DH is at a Knights of Columbus state convention til Sunday. SO as long as my internet does not crap out on me like last night I will be hanging out here probably....

Oh Brenna, I forgot to tell you how cute I think your baby bump is. Nemo must be getting so big. I also love your nursery I kinda wish we had a bigger room for ours but I am happy with the way it is coming along. I will get some pics once it is done. I just love the color of yellow you used!

Rachael, my dogs tend to shadow me too. I wish I was like Brenna though and they could stay outside a bit more. In Australia they never even wanted to come in. Now they lie around like little fat couch potatos. I think LA will be much better for their health...the cold is making them lazy!

I'm off now to get DH from the airport. I can finally drive without being paranoid I'll get pulled over without a licence. Although now DH is going to use me more as a designated driver...at least while I didn't have a licence I had a good excuse to say no.

See you tomorrow girls.
Rachael (and Kelly too I think?)...in case I forget tomorrow.....

HAPPY PASSOVER!!

Josee- sushi = gross

Tia-now you are naming your beaver????!!!!

Everyone else who asked-I don't think I am getting sick...it must be allergies. My throat is fine today, but my nose and eyes have been running like crazy and I can't stop sneezing!

Kelly-the predisone w/draw is normal. You might need to go back onto 10mg for a bit if it gets worse I hope you dont though.

Shawna-glad the CT went well.

Happy Passover

We have a miniature schnauzer and 3 cats. From what I have been reading, Pepper will not be any issue after birth. If anything, she may actually settle down and become a little more defendant to the pack. Something I have learned regarding schnauzers is they have a mentality of keeping close with their owners.

Because she is still young (6 months), she will still be at an age where it is easy to bring in another child or possible chance of twins. Yes, my husband has multiple births on both sides of the family and they go as far back as his grandmother so the signs are there. I've already been thinking about it and yes I'm feeling the nerves starting to twitch just a little. ha ha ha!

We have been crate training her at a very young age so she is able to go into her crate when I need her to and not get too irritable about it. I honestly don't feel there will be too much of an issue with the pup after the fact. There will be certain things that we will and will not do for sure.

Very good idea. Thank you... I was looking for just the right thing to say. Altogether, I believe it will be something like, "I've thought about this a lot and decided that ultimately, the front door is more convenient to me in my current condition as well as when the baby comes and I don't feel like we have been overstepping our boundaries by using this entrance. We keep the door locked and we are careful not to make a lot of noise when we use that entrance so as not to be a disturbance. If we could work together to make this work more smoothly between the two apartments, I would greatly appreciate it." Yeah, it's still really bothering me... my other options are to go through the basement or the back door like a d@mn animal or second-class citizen... like I'm not valuable enough to use the front entrance. It's just not okay... and I'm very upset about the whole thing... ugh... even losing sleep over it... grr...

Heidi - I'm worried about you, sweetcheeks... please, oh please check in with us!

Kelly - I'm very excited about meeting you, too!

Devan - We've registered at Babies R Us and Target. You?

Shawna - so glad things are moving forward for you and your hubby... I can't imagine what you're going through and pray for good news!

...now, I grumble off to bed.

Good for you, Shelly! I hope you can practice and say what you need to so that you can safe and practical passage. Although, I feel like you were kinda asking for permission there. Remember she didn't really ask for yours. ;-) This of it as a 'right' of passage! LOL

Happy Passover Ladies!!

We will get the results on Tuesday, They were checking for tumours or masses or swollen lymphnodes. Anything that they could biopsy for a more definitive answer. We're both holding up really well but ask me again monday evening and I'll be a basket case I know it.

I hope everyone is enjoying their fine friday evenings. We've been up since basically 4:30 this morning so I can bet it'll be an early bed time for us.

April-I don't have a beaver but I do have an iguana!

Shelly-I'm w/ Josee again You don't need to ask permission. You pay your rent too. This is the front freakin' door! Why would they expect you to use the back door? How many apartments are in your building? Can you take a picture of the bldg so we can get an idea of what you are talking about?

Kelly-I hope you feel better in the morning. Is the first night of Passover tomorrow night? DH and I usually make matzo ball soup-yum! Okay, that should read: DH usually makes matzo ball soup-yum! I remember going to Passover Seders when I was a kid. Lots and lots of Hebrew that I could read, but didn't understand a lick of it...
