Rachael, DH is open to keep trying. He’s the complete opposite to me and doesn’t let it consume his thoughts at all times. Sometimes I accuse him of being complacent about things, but deep down I just know that more likely he’s stable and balanced about it. I tend to over analyze a sneeze let alone IF. I think he knows that although all of these ARTs and the need for them drive me crazy, I’d be more of a basket-case if I weren’t able to try at all.

Josee,I mentioned the Asherman’s thing because last AF was so light it almost wasn’t there although I had constant cramping. Usually after an ART, I have the heaviest AF which makes me sense to me. I have NEVER had a light period except the one after the D&C last year in June. I read (yes on google) that Asherman’s can occur after having a D&C. I had a hysteroscopy or whatever in about September which looked fine, but who knows what could have happened in that time. Sometimes I have a good instinct about these things, but usually I ending up looking paranoid.

Kelly/Danielle, thanks for the insurance info. Kelly, DH works for a catholic owned hospital. They specifically exclude IVF from their insurance and after much research we’ve found that they are able do it because it goes against their religious fundamentals. Nice loop-hole. We had no idea when he took the job and never thought to ask because we knew “thought” MA was mandated for everyone.

Susan, I would be both creeped out and flattered by the brazilian. Dirty boy checking out your little apple bottom. Maybe you should wear a mu-mu whenever he’s coming over and carry a pepper mace under it just in case.

Also, if your dogs are going to shred your new rugs, I would get them at Building 19!

Heidi- I have good feelings about your beta tomorrow. Then we will go celebrate with lots of fod and shopping!

I will go to Building 19 today!

Hey Heidi! I'm thinking of you and sorry you're feeling so down about this cycle. Try to hang in there and know that you're doing all the right things. B*tching comes with the process so there's no need to apologize for that. I'm sure I'll be in the same mood a week or two from now.

Jen - My mom is going to travel up to CO to be with me during transfer and to help me while on bedrest. Maybe we can take our moms out for lunch together one day? DH is only coming up for the ER and will be heading home before mom comes up. I know mom will take good care of me and drive me crazy all at the same time. We'll need some time out of that hotel room. Let me know if you're game...I'm guessing you could use a break too.

I'm weepy today. No idea why. I'm not really looking forward to being away from home for 2 weeks. I'm a bit of a home body and already miss all my boys (DH, Buster and Tucker). Gotta get over this and quit being such a baby.

Kelly, glad you can still hold your liquor even if that means you sleep during parties. LOL!

Ronni, any effects from the lupron yet? Hows stimming going? Why do you have to be there for two weeks. I thought they let you go home after transfer. Wait. I just looked at your siggie. So for sure you have to be there like 10 days. Geesh.

Susan, you are just speedin' along in your home redesign. I can't wait to see the final pictures. Susan, what about getting some gorgeous remnants finished into area rugs for a steal.

We ordered carpet, picked paint, bedding, and furniture for the kids room at my mom's house yesterday. It has been fun. When I get back from France next weekend, I'll have to roll up my sleeves and get to painting! I finished my first race today. A 5k in 34 minutes. I can't believe I finished it. Now I feel like sleeping. I am off to do a second visit on a house i really like.

Congrats on your 5K Josee

Ronni, I think we have all been through weepy at some time during these ordeals. Perfectly understandable! Treasure that time with your mom for me. I am really missing mine lately..........

Thanks Brenna. I do appreciate the reminder to be thankful for the time with my mom. I certainly don't want to take anything for granted and it's easy to get wrapped up in things and forget to be greatful.

Josee- Congrats on finishing the race!! What a wonderful accomplishment to look back on!

Susan - Beware of the hot brazilian. I'm sure he's just being over friendly and I've been to Brazil. But, I had someone try to be overly friendly on a trip to Ecuador and scared the sh*t out of me... We've got rugs from Ikea and Pottery Barn.

Ronni - You have every reason to be emotional. You better bring your laptop with you to we can keep cheering you on!!

Kelly - I had to laugh about going to sleep during Seder. Ummm... Aiden felt the same way as you! Slept through all the readings and woke up in time for festive meal

I'm post some pics of Aiden from Passover last night later on over here. He was great! Took a nice nap at my parents, woke up in time for the meal portion of the holiday, and then I gave him a bath and put him to sleep at my parents. The trickey part was moving him at 11:30pm but he slept through the whole thing. Phew. DH and I were silent during the car ride for fear of waking the little man

Heidi..I really hope you get good news tomorrow..I am rooting for you! That whole insurance thing with the Catholic hospital really gets my panties in a bunch..and that is putting it nicely.

Susan...Where do you get all the hot guys that work on your house? Wasn't it you that had the hot floorman or was it a plumber? Will you come out and help remodel my place? It needs it so badly..you too Alana! I'll give free room and board!

Ronni..We get to meet soon! Yay! Where will you be staying? Do you have to do strict bedrest after the transfer? Believe me, I know how it feels to be away from home for any lenght of time. Don't worry, Jen and I will keep you entertained!

Josee..congrats on the 5K! Great job!

Rach..Glad you had a good time at the Passover dinner..sounds like little Aiden was such a good boy.

Kelly..you party animal! JK! I hope you are feeling better today!

Well, I'm off to Denver again today. I don't even put my suitcase away any more.

Rachael - Glad to hear Aiden was a little gentleman last night! Can't wait to see pictures!

Kelly - Sorry you slept through part of your dinner party. Maybe you and Aiden are on the same schedule?

April - I'm really looking forward to meeting you girls. I hope Mel can make it over the weekend to keep us all company if she's not stuck in traffic school. I will be on strict bedrest after my transfer and for the complete following day. I plan to fly home the day after that. Not sure when that's going to happen - depends on whether we do a 3 day or a 5 day transfer. I won't know until day 3.

Susan - Be careful over there. It's always fun to get flattering comments but I'd be a little creeped out by that one. You're such a hottie - we told you!

Josee - Forgot to answer your questions. Meds are fine. No effects from the Lupron at all and I get that shot twice a day. It's a micro-dose specially mixed for CCRM so maybe that has something to do with it. No complaints on that! The Menopur stings A LOT when I'm injecting it but nothing I can't handle. And the GonalF is no problem at all. Also no effects from the daily Dexamethasone at this point. So far so good except for the tears today! I've booked my travel to be there 13 nights if we have a 5 day transfer.

I'm such a wierdo. Hugged DH like he was going off to war when he left for his regular Sunday golf game. Cry every time I see my cat. I'm a dork.

Oh, April - I forgot to answer your question about where I'm staying. I'll be at the Hyatt Summerfield Suites in the Denver Tech Center area. It's on the south side of town (I think). And, I'll have a car. I got the cheapest rental car available so I might have to power it "Fred Flinstone Style" but it should get me from point A to point B. Where are you going to be?

Aww, well, I appreciate your compliment... but there is still a lot of pride swallowing involved... I'm a lover, not a fighter... even though my distinct human nature wants so desperately to be important whatever the situation. :0/ If it's important enough to me to be angry and bitter about it, it should be important enough for me to fight about it... and I just don't feel like fighting about it.

Susan - it's irritating to me, too... but when you share a house with someone (it's just our two families in this house) you have to be willing to bend... and believe me... I'm bent.
