Susan, I guess Valentines Day is extra fun for you! So What did you wear for your wedding?

Jen, too funny about the crabs I had no idea when I typed it how it sounded!lol
for you.....
Q: Can I use an HPT if I had an hCG injection (such as Profasi, Pregnyl or Novarel)?

A: You can, but you should wait 7-14 days after your last injection before the shot is out of your system. If you test too soon, you might get a false positive. Wait 14 days after a 10,000 IU injection, 10 days after a 5,000 IU injection, or 7 days after a 2,500 IU injection.

http://www.fertilityplus.org/faq/hpt.html

Rachel, no, DH and i were glued to it. We love all of those off the wall shows. It definitely has a sense of realism. And yes, i am doing okay. Very excited! I leave today for Spokane, WA to see the official RE.

Shawna, You can jump in anytime.

Shelly, Oct is my favorite too. The weather is the best. I got married in May b/c my mom was dying.....She died on Oct 3rd that year, so it is a good thing we did not wait . I hope it is your last time taking bcp too.
OMG, I hit the worst spot ever last night with PIO. I knew as soon as I got the needle half way in, but I was too lazy to pull it out and start over, so I kept pushing.........ugh, my butt is so sore! i checked my crack, lol, but it was in the right spot. SO I do not know, I hope I never do that again. I cannot even touch my butt there now.

GO MARTIE!!!!!

Shelly- wait to you see the jumper I am gonna wear tomorrow. It is a capri jean jumper. So cute! I love those things!!!

Brenna- yep, I have read that many many times so that is why I still think it is trigger.

It is just weird. Last time I am pretty sure I tested on day 7 or 8 after trigger and it was negative. Then it was + on day 11-12. Today is day 11 after trigger and it is still positive! DH says the girls feel bigger than yesterday...

Brenna, I wore a not so fancy wedding gown in ivory but then I had a shoulder shrug made out of the softest white fur wrapped around me. I looked like a snow princess (only not as nice!!!)

Tia - Thanks for the list!

Snow princess/Susan - I am sure you looked beautiful! You'll have to let me know what you think of the pet insurance. I've thought about it with my little one Cooper. He is the most accident prone dog I've ever owned! Great episode this week wasn't it? I'm sure a lot of our DH's could relate to the fight that the IF struggles revolve around the woman. Probably b/c the men so rarely verbalize their end of the struggle.

Jen - What did today's line look like??

Grits - Hope your bumm is repairing over there. Ouch. I did that once too and had an instant black and blue mark.

Shawna - You catching up over there? I could not do your cold climate over there. Not a huge fan of more than a day or two of snow a year...

Shelly - Good girl last night! Even though we missed you. You've got prayers coming from all angles over here. I wonder if the bcp affects your heartrate which in turns brings on the panic attacks. Just one more week now... and the pictures are coming...

Alright, here are the promised u/s photos from yesterday... and I am posted them for you girls first as the cyber aunts!! I don't know why but we didn't get great clarity with the photos yesterday. You'll see one set of pictures has the facial profile with his hand by his face and you can see the chambers of the heart. The other set of pictures has a close up of the profile and a view between the legs - male anatomy is still all there

Hi Ladies...

My HPT this morning with first morning urine was negative and I thought I was really starting my period. So I went to my REs office and asked the nurses if we could go ahead and get the beta done. No sense in dragging out the inevitable, right?

My beta is negative. No number to report.

I'm a bit in shock and I really, really thought this was my cycle. Everything seemed to go so well. I'm sad. Very sad.

But I know we'll get through this and I'll be okay. Thanks for all your support. You're amazing and I'm so lucky to have found you.

I'll lurk often and post sometimes I'm sure. I'll be watching and praying for everyone's success on this thread especially. You've been some of my best friends as I've been going through this!!!

Oh Ronni! I know I already PM'd you but I'm crying over here. I really wish we were all closer together (geographically) so we could be there in person to comfort you right now. I hope DH gets you a spectacular dinner tonight with some great comfort food and some extra strong wine. Take the time to be together and we will always be here for you.

I just don't understand these things girls I try so hard to be strong in our faith that good things happen to good people but this makes it so hard. So many wonderful and giving people on here have picture perfect cycles and then don't get good news. I wish we could just fast forward science right now....

Jen - maybe it's not the trigger . The wedding shot is lovely.

Peachy, those pics of Aiden are wonderful.

Susan, your snow princess outfit sounds like it was very glamorous. Do you have pics?

My wedding dress was a gold lace slip (I think I've mentioned before). I found it in a boutique in London for 20 pounds. I would make another choice if I could do it all over again, but nevermind.

For the list, my B'Day is Oct 31 (trick or treat) and wedding June 21.

Grits, the crabs thing made me laugh when I read it. Oh and I too had a painful PIO last night. I have a red bruise from that one today. Haven't really had bruises from many of the others this time around.

Shawna, I really have no reason to complain about the Boston winters now.

well ladies my husband found a way for me to be able to post something. It was so very nice of him. He brought up all the stuff for the computers downstairs so he could attach the laptop to them. Now we have all kinds of wires everywhere in our bedroom.

Anyway, all went well today. The first 3 they thawed made it to through and are now safe and sound in their new home. two of them were doing great the doctor said the other one was a little slow going. Anyway I am busy resting. My back is killing me.

My Birthday is 6/23/74
Our Ann. is 10/26/01 (six years this year!!!)

thanks everyone for your well wishes DH and I really appreciate it.

Well DH says I have to get off the computer.
Talk to you all soon
