Good news on DH's non removal. I hope the good news continues, Shawna.
Hey Kelly, we don't have an outlet by us I don't think. I'll have to fall in love with another scent. I am going to go visit Ronni's Dr. S. Once he's done knocking her up, I'll slip in for my turn. I have my one day work up scheduled for June 6th! YEEHAW! As soon as AF shows up, I'll be on clomid for the endometrial biopsy this month.

Hi girls. I've got such terrible cramps and a splitting headache. The cramps are like the ones you get with a clot situation (sorry TMI) but don't seem to be passing anything. I had two days of heavy heavy AF and now not so much. Yuck, you guys must be all set with my AF sagas.
Tia, I'm not sure about yours, maybe like you said, the BCP are making it weird. Alana, I can be a bit judgemental too. I get a bit less empathetic when I hear people complain about how long it took them to get pregnant and then you find out it hadn't even been a year. It's all relevant I guess. Well, it was determined that I'm not getting the "promotion" I spoke about. That was quite a relief to hear because it would have been a nightmare trying to do a full-time job in part-time hours. My boss is trying to her best to make this work to my advantage (yes the one I complain about and really shouldn't), and I still have the option to increase my hours and hence get the IVF benefits. Just means that a large portion of my check is all for medical and I'll be bringing very little to the table for my household. Still, I have to think of the larger picture and know that we are fortunate to have the option for these benefits. A few grand a year for additional medical insurance is better than $15K a pop for IVF. Just hope DH doesn't loose his job because we don't/won't have any emergency funds if something were to happen. Josee, your trip and family secrets sound interesting. Some people's lives are certainly messy. We missed you and glad you are back safe. Shawna, thinking of you. The news seems to be good so far.

So the flow finally came, Heidi. I hope she gets out of town that wicked girl. Cramps and headaches suck. Do you have a hot water bottle and some aleve?

Josee, I took tylenol which we all know does diddly-squat for pain but will go seek out my hot water bottle now. Thanks for the reminder. I'm sitting in an up-right fetal position acting like a big wimp.

With endo, I know the feeling. I've sat doubled over on the company toilet for two hours at a time trying to keep it together. I hope you feel better soon, sweetie.

Heidi I can sympathise hugely with the AF cramps. I get the worst too...they suspect endo for me also but just never had it proven. I find a warm bath can help...or the hot water bottle as you already mentioned. Its good I guess that shes strong, it means things are working in there.
I just looked up and realized its 6.30. Where'd the time go?? Gotta go peel myself away from this homework and think about feeding the pooches and myself and hubby. Have no idea what to eat these days...I just have no appetite for actual meals. Just nibbly foods which seem to go down easier. By the way...anyone else watching Idol or am I the only sad loser on here. I'm gunning for the David Cook guy...I used to hate his smug self but now think hes actually really talented. (this is sooooo sad that idol is what my life has now become! lol)

Josee, that sounds terrible. I probably have no right complaining about my meager cramps.

Alana, I've even won DH over with watching Idol. He's a musician (at heart) and used to be opposed to watching that show. 10 years of marriage later we discuss "what theme" is it tonight like two little idiots.

Shawna - Yay for the good news so far! When do you get biopsy results? Hope DH is comfortable and you're being a good little nurse for him.
![]() Josee - I highly recommend heading out here to hear what Dr. S has to say. They may make you repeat some tests but they're VERY thorough and really have their sh*t together out here. Oddly enough, I have seen Dr. S the whole time I'm here but I'm not surprised. So far, every has been very competent and helpful so I have no complaints. Dr. S won't be doing my retrieval and that bothers me a little but such is life. Not sure if Dr. S will even do my transfer - depends on which day it falls. That's got me a little bugged but I'm still confident all will go well. Our appointments at the clinic today were just as efficient as always. My follicles are still growing on each ovary (envision an apple-sized ball of un-popped bubble wrap) and some of DH's boys are chillin' in the freezer. My ultrasound was done by a technician I hadn't met yet and was done on a machine I hadn't "become intimate" with yet. I don't know if that made any difference, but this time my uterine lining was thinner (8.7 versus the nice cushy 10 it's been the past few days). 10 would be better so let's hope it was a technical error. I just got the call and we're officially triggering tonight. My E2 has dropped just a tad to 4258 with no stims at all so they're ready to let 'er rip. I have to jab myself in the arse precisely at midnight. Just call me Cinderella! Tomorrow will be an injection free day and I just have to go in for blood work in the morning to make sure the trigger is in my system. DH and I are going to head to a movie tonight and then watch the clock until the stroke of midnight when I turn into a pumpkin - or a sweat soaked mess of nerves as I battle with the big azz needle. Thursday morning we have to be at the clinic at 10:00 a.m and my retrieval surgery is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Game on.
