Thanks for all the FB comments. You gals are making me chuckle!

Shawna- What absolutely FANTASTIC news!!! Wow. Amazing. So many prayers answered. We are so happy for you and Matt.

Ronni - Our hearts and prayers are all with you for Thursday. I know it must be scary. We went into it thinking this was a one time shot too and it puts a lot of pressure on every little twinge. Still you have fingers crossed all over the world for this one!!

Jen - Kick butt with that presentation and report back!

Amy - You are so adorable pregnant. You and Kris need to be pregnant models. Oh, and Alana too has that cute little bump! Maternity clothes were made for you. Can't wait to see the bump grow.

Just got back from day 10 straight with the Rents. I'm ready for a bum day tomorrow! But, Aiden was an absolute trooper and just took a nice little cat nap at the table and then came home and went straight into the bath

I'm crashing so I'll see everyone in the morning. I'm trying to put on a brave front b/c starting tomorrow night I'm trying again at letting Aiden sleep with both hands out of the swaddle. Right now, we're one hand in and one out and the last time I tried this it made for a very rough night!

you guys are so sweet - counting down for me - 9 days ... is right. i think i'm really nervous or excited or something because i'm tearing up at very strange things today... like, um, gossip girl and the bachelor finale. wth.

shawna that is great news!!! i am so happy for you and dh.

heidi, thanks for more good tips of things to pack in my hospital bag! it's so hard to anticipate what i'm going to want/need once i get there, so i really appreciate it.

jen ... wow is all i can say. i am so frustrated for you. i would love to take out some of my horomones on your RE. want me to?

josee, i remember our days on the september forum like they were yesterday too. it makes me sad that you are still waiting - but i have complete faith that you are going to get your wish soon.

martie i LOVE the name you chose. (obviously ) if simon had been a girl, hannah would have been his name.

alana, i really hope your dh gets a job in l.a. i think the sunshine would be such a nice change for you -and it would be so nice to have you down here. i know it's impossible to NOT worry about reed's heart ... but just remember how often this kind of thing is misdiagnosed and/or resolves itself. i really believe he will be strong and healthy.

hey tia. sorry the lupron is giving you cramps. i'm pretty sure it did the same thing to me. how many more days are you on it?

ronni, the 2 ww wait is brutal- but i think you're going to get good news on thursday (no poas'ing?? you are so strong)... maybe good news x 4!

susan, i'd just drink a half cup of coffee - that should do the trick.

amy, your bump has totally popped out since you last posted a picture! it's so cute, and it's clear you are going to be ALL belly.

Shawna! CONGRATS to you and Matt. You both can rest a little easier this week. I am so glad DH is safe. Hugs!

Jen - Major congrats on the insurance letter and the 9 mile trek! That is amazing and awesome. How did it feel? Did you sell any jewelry along the way? J.K.

Ronni - I have my fingers crossed for you and I wish you the best. I hope your future is growing in your womb as I type this. You'll know in two days time. I can't tell you how much I want this for you.

Amy - your bump is soooo cute! I swear you were bigger with OHSS in the beginning but now you have the round slim hot pregnant mama look!

I saw a supposedly awesome endocrinologist last month. He looked over my labs and told me he thought my thyroid was fine and not to take medications. Recent bloodwork from Repro.medix tested a different antibody than my RE was testing. I've been testing fine for the thyroid peroxidase. But this 'advanced bloodwork' tested for the Anti Thyroglobulin Antibody. It came back sky high so off to endocrinologist recommended by my RE.

They had me do a thyroid ultrasound. The lovely technician was so gentle with me and so sweet about the fertility. I just laid there in the dark crying my eyes out silently. I've been so weepy. Maybe it is the clomid remnants or maybe I just have a lot still weighing on my little heart.

I now have the following diagnosis: MTHFR heterozygous C677T and Hashimoto's. I was told by the endocrinologist that the thyroid disease is not likely the culprit in getting pregnant but that I need to be careful since I have a nodule on the thyroid. He put me on special meds for that. In my research, my MTHFR being a single gene is not likely a contributing factor to implantation failure. Anyone have these? I think you have some MTHFR, Jen, right?

I am still researching the low positives on my natural killer cells and Antiphospholipid antibodies (APAs). My RE is no help at all. I do all my own research. I am so glad I get to go to Colorado. We'll see what Dr. S has to say about all this.

Josee, my MTHFR sista. We have the same mutation. Did they check your homocysteine levels? In us hetero-mutants, we can still have a reduction in folic acid levels. The safest thing to do, especially since I had 2 m/c's, is to go on baby aspirin and extra folic acid. I take Folgard (Rx) 2x a day (each pill is a 2.2mg dose of Folic acid, and it also contains B6 and B12, so 4.4mgs in addition to the 1mg of folic acid in my prenatal). It doesn't hurt, and can possibly help. Ask your RE, but you should be fine to take both.

no word on insurance yet. Just came home quick to change out of my suit (yuck) so I will go back to work and bug my HR person.
