My phone rang right after I shouted that and the Rabbi heard me. I thought it was him.

 ME: 36 (low ovarian reserve, poor egg quality, endo) DH: 37 (inconsistent counts, low motility) TTC 4 years IUIx5 IVFx5 BFP on final IVF! 12/19 First U/S(5w6d) TWINS!! saw two sacs, one heartbeat, baby b a little behind we hope he/she catches up!   beta 26,000.Second U/S 1/2 Lost baby B. One healthy baby now measuring exactly on target with HR of 155. 3rd u/s baby b still there but getting smaller  baby A is perfect, moving around and has a HR of 172.1/24 OB appt-baby measuring ahead-HR 173. 3/19 it's a girl!!!! I missed you ladies!!!
Ronni - I am so sorry for you and DH. I truly don't know what else to say. I was hoping that you would have a surprise today. Please know that my heart goes out to you both and I know you will find your miracle - no matter what! BIG HUGS!  I have the WORST week at work. So busy. I just came back from the gym. I needed to vent my frustrations out. Josee - Still sneezing a tad but I am only still taking a teaspooon in the morning. I need to ask you..I am reading the Infertility Cure for like the 20th time...and I am trying to figure out if my accupunturist is hitting all the points that the book notes. Do you think I should bring her my copy? Does she have to be a "specialist in fertility"? Jen - congratz on your job interviewing success. And have fun tomorrow. I am truly happy for you. Its a tough market out there right now. Are you siked for the Memorial Day Walk? I haven't forgotten about the sweatshirt..I have just been sooo swamped at work and trying to get organized for my trip. Susan - I am SOOO SIKED FOR SATC!!! Can't wait. How I love that series. I had a CT Scan last week of my stomach - my gastro doc wanted to make sure everything was okay...and I just got the report back. They noted that I had 2 cysts in my right ovary. IS THAT NORMAL??? Anyway, I want to go over my protocol with my RE and just make sure we are both on the same page. She claims last time that we spoke that she is not going to change anything because I DID in fact get PG last time. Any questions you guys recommend that I ask? Okay..going to munch. Will be back! K

DH bought me a tub of organic cookies n' cream frozen yogurt stuff. I can't say I'm a fan, but I managed to gulp it down and lick the bowl clean. It was totally one of those I-didn't-need-to-eat-that situations.
Josee, no more sneezes for me. I just need to remember to take it. I don't look forward to taking it that's for sure. Also, it makes my teeth hurt momentarily. Martie - I'm thinking of you and can't wait to see lil' Hannah piccies. Alana, your nursery is choice!!!! Remember that? Susan, I probably don't need to tell you to not get the manual pump. Ugh, hard work!!! Kelly, I usually ask my RE the most redundant questions so I'm no help. Do you like Boston IVF? are they nice peeps?

Heidi - Boston IVF is nice...but I definitely feel like its a bit of a factory. The 2 cycles that I did with them...my RE has yet to do a ER or ET. But I also don't do BCP's so there is not planning my cycle.
Which makes me post this question...why do we have to do BCP's? My RE basically admitted that they do them to "regulate" the patients cycle...

I'm having an eating frenzy. Salt n' vinegar chips, pop-corn - anything salty that I can shovel in my mouth. Ugh, and now begins the PMS.

Kelly - I never did bcp with my cycle. Just straight into 14 days of lupron and then stims. Keep a notepad handy and just jot down any questions that come to mind. Mine seem to appear in the shower so I keep one in the bathroom.
Ronni - You are quite the classy gal! I am just at a loss for words but will be sure to do a shout out special for you. No rabbis in the immediate vicinity here. Can we talk you into a girls trip or something? You just let us know when you are ready and we'll be there!

Kelly- I may be cycling. You see, when I called about my ectopic the nurse told me that i needed another ultra sound to be sure that I wasnt still PG in my uterus as well as my tubes. (Because I had two follies) I never did that ultra sound because the HPT came up negative pretty quick. Then she phones my DH and tells him I need my day three fsh and an ultra sound for IVF. I told him, I already did my u/s for IVF at which point she tells him that I needed another and that I was told that. Ummmm okay! Uhhhh no! anyways, so if I can get in this darn pop up u/s before my next period I will start suppression for three weeks I believe and stimmin probably late june/early july. That is if the u/s doesn't show anything like cysts or hydrosalpinx or anything abnormal. Fingers crossed! Today has been such a day for the full gamot of emotions, of course I'm so upset for Ronni and DH that I have cried off and on all day. Then my SIL who lives over seas who says very nasty things to DH about my getting pregnant and losing these pregnancies and about nasty things about other family members, tells her DH that we are going to live in a dog house because we bought a modular home for the farm. I've been stressed out because we are trying to sell this place, get new equipment from the states for our business, gearing up for IVF, and finally mourning the loss of our last pregnancy....and she's just a bag. I mean seriously, I just wish she'd keep her comments to herself but there is no filter. So her comments made me cry even more. I told DH I wish I could say it's AF getting ready to show but I'm only CD 16 today and I start prometrium tonight to regulate my cycle. I'm going to be a crying monster soon! *sigh* Ronni- More hugs for you Sweet Heart!!

Glad you are feeling better after the gym! At first sight, I loved Boston IVF, but after doing four cycles there I will have to agree and say it's a giant factory there. My only constant was my pre-op nurse and CRNA. Never had my doctor do any of the ERs or ETs. Never even saw him there. in his office he was overwhelmed and it was not efficiently run. Sometimes smaller is better. More personal and more time to TAKE their time. Heidi- Now is not too late to see SATC! BTW, SATC are my initials!! How funny! So my stepdad is coming Sunday and we are putting up chair rails! Then I am getting some of those funky dots that Alana has. I saw them at Target today too but not a big selection. Jen- Where ya been? I have not gotten any emails back from you. Hope I did not write them in my sleep! Hope the job stuff is going well! Amy- I got my hair more blonde with chocolate brown streaks yesterday. Where is your pic? So my mom is making me address my shower invitations b/c she is having a fit that she might not get them out in enough time (the shower is June 22). Can you say OCD? I need to find soe decent directions to the venue to stick in the envelope and so far Mapquest and Google have the directions wrong... Any suggestions?
