Thank you both Shelly and Susan for referring your caring RE's to me. I'm going to write both their names down and hold them close just in case. I think I will give my first RE a call first and see what he says and then decide after that. Hopefully he'll put this crazy mind of mine to rest a bit.

Amy, I am really glad you are home safe and everything is well with you now and your precious Lily. Do they know why kidney stones happen? My sister had some and I remember how painful it was for her.

Around my neighborhood people breast feed everywhere, so i am not worried about having to do it if we are out around here! I live in a very liberal zip code and people are very much earth mammas here

Amy, I am so glad you and Lily are doing ok. I sure hope you feel much better soon. I had lots of nurses tell me that if I could go though an ectopic I could do labor no problem and they were right, so you are so in the clear for labor. I bet you could do it with no meds too.

Heidi sorry I did not reply before, I personally think that RE is crazy. Ectopics are not good, if there is even a small chance you could get one it is not worth risking your life, I am sure the insurance company would total understand, Have you asked them yet? Just because the RE tells you to do the IUIs it doesn't mean the insurance would make you.

Heidi that is a good point that Martie has. Have you spoken directly to the insurance company? My BCBS reps are very helpful. They are not the people in the claims department they are the people representing the "product" so when you call they are willing to bend over backwards for you.

Also, if you decide to have a consult with Dr. Pajidas, let me know. I am friendly with her and her nurse and I could get you in quickly.

Amy-glad to hear you are doing better and are home.

Heidi-I agree with Martie...an ectopic is life threatening. The risk isn't worth it and an IUI does increase the risk, espeically if you are already at risk due to your tubes! You keep fighting. Stupid nurse.

NT scheduled for next Thurs. DH is still debating if he wants to go or not... I think he is so much more worried about what it could or could not say than I am. I know it is a very good rule out test, but not a great rule in test so I am very okay with it.

Susan you can still get the breastpump at Target I saw it. The single one is like $39.00 and the double is twice that. I am using one my sister got so it was free to me but I I have to say that it works great, I am using it with batteries but it also has a plug in, my sister lost her plug in part but it works great with the batteries. I have not gone anywhere where I could not breastfeed but since Hannah is a slow eater I find it easier to pump and feed in public otherwise I would be spending 1 hour feeding her in public and I am not comfortable with it yet, Hannah likes to make my boobs a public show she hates having anything over her head. I need to work on this for when we go to DH's parents house I am not like my sister in law who whipped out her boob during dinner one night in front of everyone. I just do not think I can do that.

Heidi, I have BCBS of MA and we got approved for IVF on our first cycle because of our MF. I had to do the chlomid challenge and an HSG and my DH had to do two SAs and that was it. Our RE (Boston IVF) submitted our case and recommended IVF with ICSI and they approved it no problem. Also, my FSH was right below the limit (14.1 and the limit was 15 for my age group). Laurie....we had the same thing too w/ Boston IVF. Got approved right away b/c of MF, had to do some tests...but it really was an easy process. I too have BCBS HMO Blue.
