Kelly- I have not checked my phone all day but i just did and saw your beautiful photo! What a nice thing to wake up to! I wish I had seen it this morning. That would have made my morning even better Thank you.
It sounds like you had a great time. I miss sititng my fires, grilling and playing the guitar. Speaking of I should dust mine off and play for Phoebe. If I can tune it properly...

Well, my back is officially killing me and I am so done with this heat, and maybe summer all together. We have not had one day where it just feels like a nice summer day.
No Spring, summer sucks and then winter comes. I hate it.

I truly love the Fall when we have it.
I am lying down with feet elevated and my back is on ice.
Ouch.
DH was dictating in the living room and I could not stand to listen to him so I left and went to the bedroom. Boring. No TV or anything in here.
Rach- What video monitor do you have?

Phoebe has not stopped moving for the last three hours. It literally feels like she is trying to bust out.
I wonder do they get more active when they are ready to come out?

Shelly, your wee man is adorable. I hope he gives you some more sleep soon. I remember those sleepless nights. Remember to try and nap when he naps during the day.

Susan, we're shooting for a fresh cycle.

The nurse told me to fast for tomorrow's b/w? I don't remember doing that before? Can I still drink water so my veins are tiny? Or is fasting fasting? It's not like I'm going under.

Heidi - i never fasted for CD3 b/w...hummm. I am sure water is fine. What time is your test?! Good luck with your BCP's!!! When would that put you at stims?

I have a big feeling I will NOT be cycling at the end of next month. okay, i said, I am reading what I just typed...and I have to be fine with it. I have to take one day at a time. Thats all I got right now.

Jen - your pics were totally cute. You have gorgeous HAIR!! I wore your blue piece all weekend and everybody at the beach gave me compliments. Meanwhile the water was freezing! Usually we see Steven Tyler and his crew when we go for breakfast at this tiny place called Arthur and Pats. He is prob. still in rehab.

Rach - how's your grandpa?? did he come back up to GA?

Alana - you are so close! i haven't asked alot about the meds your sister is taking. I might need too though. Did you read..."Breaking the Vicious Cycle" - about gluten free?

Shawna-did I miss a BFP? OMG!

Kelly-sounds like you had a great time. My DH does a great Steven Tyler impression...its too funny.

Heidi-definitely drink water with your tiny veins! I am surprised about the fasting too. Wonder what that is

Josee-your DH is looking for a new job? Maybe it is Men are Azzes Day today

Susan-why can't a neurosurgeon support you and baby Phoebe? Big bone head. Finish your schooling. You'll regret it if you don't.

Shelly - When I read your BF stories, it definitely reminded me of Aiden in the beginning. I thought he was a great feeder since he would stay at each nipple for 30 mins! But, both the lactation specialist and my peditrician told me not to let him stay on my nipple for more than 15 mins per side. They said that the baby gets all the nutrients in the first 15 mins. After that, it's just for comfort and the baby is actually burning more calories sucking than it is consuming. I didn't understand how Aiden could be losing weight when he was eating all the time! It definitely helped my nipples too. If you have any doubts, try pumping after Danny has sucked for 15 mins. You'll see there is nothing left. You may want to ask your Ped. about this too.

Kris - Aiden is doing great now. Sleeping from 8:30pm-7:30am so I can't complain and eating tons of solids. He ate chicken for the first time today It does go by fast.

Susan - I think you are very close now! Just take it day by day with dh. We definitely have better days than others. Sometimes I just force dh to go out with us but it has to be more of a "fun" activity. He's not into just running errands with us on his day off. He would rather watch tv than spend time with us which does make me sad.

Kelly - You are doing everything you can right now to make yourself healthy in the long term and that is the most important part. When is your next check in with the doctors? Grandpa is doing better and desperate to get out of the hospital. They are hoping to get him discharged tomorrow and stick him in the car on his way to Georgia!

Heidi - I never had to fast for c/d 3 bloodwork either. Do you think they are checking something else too? I know when I've had to do fasting bloodwork you are allowed to have water and some doctors even say you can have black coffee if you need to in the morning.

Jen - I'm glad you finally found the hb! Poor hormonal Walt right now

I made tons of baby food today. I've got another couple rounds to finish up tomorrow afternoon. I've also got Cooper's vet visit in the morning and I'm taking Aiden to Gymboree for the first time tomorrow afternoon. He ate chicken today for the first time as his first meat and he really liked it! I pureed a rotiseree chicken with apricots and it was a hit. What else - did figs & pears, cantelope w/ peaches & bananas, and Aiden's favorite lots of raspberries & bananas. My little gourmet!

Ha ha... I missed all the men are azzes posts while I was typing my long one! It must be a full moon. I had to give my dh several eat sh*t looks before he figured out that after grocery shopping, making baby food, cooking dinner, giving Aiden a bath, and washing clothes that I was very frustrated to come down from Aiden's bath to still see the sink full of dirty dishes and his azz on the couch watching tv AGAIN!! After the dirty looks and announcing that I would be at the sink for a while, he finally got the hint and told me to sit while he did the dishes. Slow but finally came around....

Josee - Is dh thinking about switching jobs or careers all together? Is he just not in love with the one he is in? I often feel like I take on too many roles but I also know I'm too controlling to give up some of those roles. Catch 22.

My Dh is being an azz too. Glad to hear I am not the only one married to a bozo today.

Heidi- The only thing I can think about your bloodwork is maybe they are also checking your insulin levels too for resistance. I think that was a test I had to fast for. Definitely stay hydrated I have mini rolly veins too.

Josee- I have told Dh that I feel I am both husband and wife. He tried to pull a little stunt at Mil's today. Oh I dont even want to go into it either. He also is lazy about looking for a new position. He is just getting on my nerves.

I also have an old house. Built in 1920. It is sad that I fear almost daily that something expensive is about to go wrong. It hasn't even given us that much trouble yet. Knock wood. We have a wet basement too.
