geez, i feel so chatty tonight!

rachel~ one way we get major and bella to eat their dinners good is to add hot water and stir. they think it's the best thing since filet mignon and i feel like it's great that i am not adding any extra people food or that gross dog gravy. maybe cooper would like that too?

Amy - Boxers are just natural kiddie lovers so do not worry. Cooper will be wild and crazy but never with Aiden. He is very gentle with Aiden and my only complaint is too many doggie kisses on Aiden's face! We didn't do anything special. We did let Cooper keep his routine. In other words, he still slept in bed with us even on those few nights Aiden was in there too for a few hours. I let him shadow me as usual and he got out of bed and followed me everytime I got up to breastfeed. What else. They say to let whomever isn't closest to the dog hold the baby when you introduce the two. In other words, I'm closer to Cooper so dh held Aiden and I paid attention to Cooper when we introduced the two.

Now I'm really going to bed....

Opppsss.... dh just reminded me that we did set up everything for Aiden before his arrival and let Cooper check it all out. In other words, we let Cooper in the nursery to hang out and we set up the swing and all that stuff so it wouldn't be weird. We also put the stroller in the den so Cooper could check it out and not be scared of it on walks.

Thanks for the Cooper advice. We've always added hot water, a half a can of "wet" food, and the dry food. I just changed dry food brands and he's happy as can be! Can't blame him. I wouldn't want to eat the same food for 5 years either.

shawna... 11 days post trigger huh... ok ok, i totally understand you wanting to not get excited yet. but that does sound really good! can't wait to hear tomorrow's results.

amy 3 showers! how fun. i absolutely love baby showers. i had two and think the first one was also at 28 weeks. it's perfect because you aren't all huge and lumbering yet and can really enjoy it.

Good morning everyone!

Susan - I realized last night that I forgot to answer your question about the monitor. This is the one we have and it works great. We've traveled with it a lot and no problems. Even in a hotel with wifi I still haven't had interference issues. This weekend I had it at the farm and probably walked about 300 yards to the lake and still had a picture.
