Is it just nauseau or are you dealing with vomiting too? I hate the nauseaus feeling when you don't throw up but you feel like you have to. When I was younger, I used to just make mysefl sick to make myself feel better. I'm tempted to do it right now....actually....

Well all this talk about vomit has me thinking some sleep might help me from doing my first bout of it. I am suddenly feeling very thirsty, yet very sick and really wanting to throw up!

Night Jen!! Take care! Feel better soon Hun!

oh Shawna, as good of an idea as it sounds, DON'T DO IT! You lose precious nutrients when you throw up. Sure, it happens naturally, but if you can avoid it, do. Even though I never threw up, I did lose 8 lbs in the first trimester. You just don't feel like eating, so you need all the nutrients your body can hold on to.

Nite Shawna. I still see a green light next to your name. Go to bed! I am heading that way myself. I hope you feel better too. Sleep does wonders. Get as much as you can now, because shortly, and I mean VERY shortly, you will be up umpteen times during the night to pee so sleep will be quite disturbed!

good morinng gals!

shawna, good choice on the no vomiting. but sorry to be the bearer of bad news, morning sickness doesn't work like regular tummy aches. after you throw up, there is ZERO relief, you still feel the exact same way.

i couldn't find a dress that i like yesterday. i am being rediculous. i swear i tried on at least 20 dresses. i am annoyed at myself!! i did buy one for vegas, but i feel like it's a bit too sassy for my shower. i guess i'll go look again today, but my shower is TOMORROW!! my mom is so sweet, she is treating me to a mani/pedi at 4. see why it's so hard for me to say something to her...she is so good to me.

Morning Ladies …
I’m about to head out the door for some wonderful in office training, I love (really mean hate) it! I’m hoping to be online more today at work, we shall see.
I just got in from the gym, I feel good but my feet hurt. I need to keep active so that I feel better about myself but it is a catch 22. I walked 1.5 miles on Monday, Wed and today and then as soon as I get to work my feet are bigger than they were. I can’t stop being physical or I’ll feel ick all the time. What is a girl to do?

Rachael I’m thinking I’ll have to do another pee jug next weekend.

Amy have fun at your mani/pedi. Oh and can we see the dress you did by.

Alana most of my maternity stuff is coming from Target, I love that place.

Shawna I have to agree with Amy. There is no end in sight when it comes to ms, just have to go with the punches. Throwing up isn’t going to get rid of it, sorry. But congrads on feeling like poo.

Josee I hope AF comes to see you soon, ugh I don’t like her.

Susan hope you are feeling better and today is a better day than yesterday.

Okay so really quick. Can all the new moms please tell us what to expect the first few weeks home. I know it isn’t going to be glamorous or anything but I was just curious from those I trust, what really happens. The books are all blah blah blah – I quit reading them a few weeks ago.

Hugs, be back later.

Good morning gals!

Susan..Sorry you are going through the ringer right now. that Phoebe is safe in your arms soon!

Shawna..Great betas chick!

Hi Devan! Your pics are great, enjoy your free time now!

Alana..funny kitty..sounds like he leads the perfect life of a tomcat!

My doctor appt went well. I love my doctor..he never rushes me (he was in the room with me for almost 45 minutes). That's one of the perks of nursing..you get to know who the really good docs are. Anyway, he gave me an ekg which came out fine. He decided to put me on a Holter monitor to watch my heart for 24 hours..I have had about 10 episodes while on it so it will be interesting to see what it says. I go back today to get this stupid contraption off..I look like a "precog" from that Tom Cruise movie! I'm also having a pulmonary function test today cause I think I may have some issues there too. Anyway, as far as the heart goes, he thinks it is just stress related, but doesn't want to make any assumptions, thus all the tests. Heart disease runs rampant on my mom's paternal side.
I hope everyone is having a good Friday!

Lol...yep, I could see my kitty wearing a ripped T and a bandana too. If he could he'd bring all his rabble feral pals over and trash the joint like a typical lout. I think he'll really like CA, lots of nice weather so he never has to be inside!

April, thats good the doctor is looking after you so well. Make sure you post the results as soon as you know. DH is finally leaving your neck of the woods today and I just know hes going to be miserable when he gets back. He LOVES it there and I'm sure I will too. Can't wait to get drunk with you and Mel!

Devan, thats a good question to ask. I bet the first thing they all say is be prepared for NO sleep!

Amy I would love a mani/pedi. I can't even reach my toes anymore. In fact, this might be TMI but I can't reach other 'areas' to tidy up either. I'm worried I'm going to go into labour resembling a cavewoman but I have no idea what to do about it. Theres no way I'm going to a salon and getting it waxed while pregnant, I'm far too shy for that. Any suggestions?? (maybe the nurses and doctors are used to this...maybe most women become a bit bushy. lol)

Yay, I have pretty much made it to week 33 without going into labour! Only 4 more and we are fullterm. Come on Reed...we can do this!!
