Amy ~ what about making a little coupon book for a new dad? Like for a golf day off. Or whatever makes him happy? Free dinner of his choice after Lily is born. Maybe 5 coupons?

The only reason I am adding PIO to my inserts is because I had a progesterone problem my first cycle and i want to make sure i don't have a problem this time. If I hadn't had that progesterone problem, i'd be all over the inserts.

And Rach, AF left town really fast once I started the pill. But before that she was more evil that she'd ever been. I was hemorraging like crazy. I didn't last 45 minutes on a pad or 20 minutes on a tampon. It was completely insane for a day. Scary. Glad she left town.

Okay so every big haired, trash dressing, chick was at the POISON show. I felt out of place. The show was fun. Got backstage. Met Dokken. I will say though...listening to Sebastion Bach (remember him from Skid Row) and Poison brought back so many memories!!! So that was fun.

Down to 5mgs of prednisone. I dropped this morning....couldnt wait another day I think that "trace" a few days ago was just a freak accident.

Kelly..My toe isn't broken..just a bad contusion. Just need to rest it and it will be better in a few days hopefully. The concert sounded fun! I'm sure it was a trip back in time.

I was home alone last night and of course Bella started barking at something in the back of the house. She was really agitated..We have a big hill behind us and I think it may have been a coyote or some other animal..but still it was kind of scary.
I have to try and find a new chandelier and also a light for the entryway. On Tues we are having the ceilings scraped (no more popcorn!) and having some electrical work done. We are getting rid of the flourescent kitchen lights and putting in recessed lighting there and in some other spots in the house too. It's a 3 day project. Day 1 is the electrical work, day 2 is scraping and day 3 is the ceiling painting. Then the electrician is coming back to hang all the new fixtures and ceiling fans. I hope it looks good..trying to update the 80's look!

Gotta love that 80's look April! Our crackhouse was stuck in the 50's when we bought it, its almost moved into the new millenium however there are so many things I hate about it I often feel like sending it back to the 50's permanently!!

Do we have anymore pictures of that gorgeous little creature Phoebe yet? She is so darn cute, her dark little eyes and teeny tiny body. Shes a perfect mix of Susan and her DH.

Amy, I'm loving your gift ideas for your DH. I have just ordered a couple of mypublisher books that are similar to shutterfly ones. I hope they turn out okay. I like Aprils idea of a magazine subscription, does he like any particular sports magazine etc?

I'm bored today. Theres absolutely nothing on the box and I just looked in the mirror at my hair and my highlights have about an inch of regrowth happening. I've decided that if I can get through the next 3 weeks without going into labour I'm going to get myself to the hair salon just before the induction. I can't stand looking such a mess.

Whats everyone got planned for the weekend? Since I can't do much I hope you will all entertain me with your fun antics.

April- I would have been totally FREAKED out with that situation right there! lol Here we call it cottage cheese cielings! My DH can come do your lighting for you, if you pay the airfare! hee hee. We redid all of ours here, him and I. As long as you don't need anything moved and just old lights taken down and new ones hooked up, we can do it! Hee hee.

I'm so tired. I did some shopping a week ago and I ony did half of it, now I need to do th rest but I am having a hard time finding the energy to go....

I'm feeling very annoyed right now. Shawna I think we need to go to Winnipeg and show some support to that poor kid who got decapitated here in Canada.

Some psychotic religious group has crossed the border from the US to picket his funeral because his death is good and its Gods punishment to all Canadians for being pro-homosexual. Can you even imagine this stuff still happening in this day and age? Supposedly this group goes around picketing funerals etc suggesting all these innocent people deserved to die. It makes me so mad...leave the poor kid and his family alone! So I'm up for a trip to Winnipeg to protest, just as long as we are flying and not taking a Greyhound bus!!

Alana- If I'm correct, it's the same group who wanted to protest Heath Ledger's funeral too. I cannot get anywhere near stupid people right now or I might seriously lose it! This totally saddens me!!! Let the poor guy rest in peace!!!!

Me too! My hormones are raging enough I would probably find great pleasure in ramming their picket signs down their throats. In fact, maybe thats what we should do. Gather all us hormonal women together and go protest against them. They wouldn't know what had hit them!!

My dog walker just got back, I should go pay her for the week. I feel so guilty spending money on these things as we really don't have it to spare. But what choice do we have? I can't move and DH works long hours. Guess we'll worry about the debts at a later date.

About two weeks ago, on a greyhound bus, a young 22 year old man was knifed in the neck and then decapitated by another passenger on the bus. It was a big headline, it still is, because it is so hard to understand. The two, never met, never knew each other...the assailant just stood up and killed him. It's a terribly sad story and now, some stupid religious group from the States is saying that it was God's way of punishing Canada for believing in abortion, gay rights and adultry.

April - You're right. Aiden probably had lots to say bright and early this morning! But, most often it involves trying to get the post it notes off my laptop and into his mouth Right now he hasn't stopped talking since we got home 20 mins ago. I'm sure it will be wonderful to get rid of the popcorn!

Josee - Mean ole AF! I'm glad she got out of town fast. I'm not sure it's safe to do alcohol and painkillers around family unless you really like everyone. I would probably say something evil to my SIL if I was all drugged up around her. We miss you.

Just read that John Edwards had an affair while his wife was battling cancer. WTH!!!!! That is so wrong and he was my bet for vice prez choice. I dont know why I am so infuriated about this and I hope this does not have a big influence on the race. I hate to talk politics here but I will move to Canada with Shawna and Alana if McCain wins!
