Crap-I wrote this whole long thing about me being a cereal killer (I eat Raisin Bran) and about being scared of Devan because she is in the Air Force and probably knows how to handle an AK47 and the stupid message got lost! Grrrrrr...

Anyway, my DH got to meet Shelly and Heidi (and you know what-not because he was worried about me meeting them, but worried about me being lost in a strange city-which I probably would have been- and that he had nothing better to do!). DH does get a little jealous of all the time I spend on the computer, but I don't want to watch sports with him! I rather hang with my girls!!!

Shawna-I hope you get your necklace before you move. You SHOULD get it this week, but you know how the post goes! That sucks that your landlord gave you only a few hours notice. Mine did that when we lived in IL. I hated that. One day we came in to our flat and found him in our living room sweeping stuff that fell off the ceiling under our PERSIAN rug!!! We were poor graduate students and for our 1 luxury item we bought a really nice rug. That jack a ss got a tongue lashing from me (DH was red!). He was there to fix something on the ceiling-which he DID NOT tell us that he was coming. It had to be done (health code or some shi t) and he said that he couldn't get ahold of us (whatever-he never left a message on our machine). But to be caught sweeping stuff under my rug? Lazy *&#&@!!!

Brenna and Rachael-I hope you are having wonderful u/s's!

Ronni- Jen's log, PIAC status 10dptrigger: no line after 3 minutes, although a faintest sliver of a line showed up by 10 minutes. I believe we are about trigger free!

Martie-how old are you? You look so very young in your pictures. You said your 6th anniversary is this weekend...maybe you married pretty young?

Tia-click on me (on facebook!) then click on my map. There will be a button that asks if you want to add world map. I did that off of Susan's. You can click on her or Brenna (both of them have the maps too).

Jen I think I could kiss you right now!!! I am 33 but I have always looked young. Still get carded which is always a nice boost to the ego!! So I was 27 when we got married which I do not think is that young. We have know and dated each other for 11 years.

Oh so our anniversary is this saturday and I usually get flowers from the local grocery store, the flowers are always nice don't get me wrong. Well today I got a call to come up to the front desk because I had some flowers and I was thinking to myself from who. I actually had to open the card while I was up there to see who they were from. Well they were from DH he wanted to send them early so I could enjoy them at work (and show them off). I am beaming from ear to ear. I guess I have to forgive him for the "are you sure I was paying attention" statement. He sent my favorites Daisies!! He is not very romantic so this is the most romantic thing he has ever done.

How sweet Martie!!! See, even though 99% of the time men are boneheads, there is that 1% where they do something cool like that

33????? I would have thought under 25, but then you would have gotten married VERY young so I was just so confused!

I love your new ticker

Thanks Ladies ... I knew if anyone would understand it would be you gals. I just get frustrated sometimes about the whole thing. The truth is that I love you all and I couldn’t imagine my days without each and every one of you. It is weird how over time this place has become my calm place, the place that I’m able to log onto and find answers, encouragement and support. So it just amazes me that my DH could be the way that he is. Ugh! He isn’t involved in any forums online, per say, but he does lurk on a football forum and see what everyone is talking about in regards to the status of the football teams season. And I tell him that he and I are the same but he tells me we are not because I pour my heart and soul out to complete strangers, he only reads what the complete strangers talk about. So at the end of the day I guess it is what it is, I’m addicted to you gals and he just doesn’t understand. And by the way, I could kick some butt if the Raisin Bran killer was trying to get me or my baby … okay, well I’d at least give them a fight. Now Jen an AK-47 is a bit over the top, but I am qualified on an M-16. So again, I dare the Raisin Bran killer to bring it on.

Ok, now for role call ….

Jen – so HCG is out of your system, so we wait for the lines to show up. How often are you PIAC, oh and make sure it is that good stuff, the pee that you keep in all night. :O)

Shelly – how was the HCG last night? So how many did we get today? Thinking of you!

Brenna & Rachael – can’t wait to hear about the u/s? Let us know ASAP, Cyber Aunties are eager beavers this morning.

Alana – sorry things are so busy on your end. Miss you too.

Shawna – slow moves I think are the best. You can take your time and pack and then unpack and set up each room.

Martie – your flowers sound wonderful. It never seems to amaze me that when we are just tired and blah, our DH’s come out of nowhere with the romantic gestures. Enjoy your anniversary. We are about to hit 4yrs in Nov, time flies huh?

Heidi, Ronni, Tia, Jo, Robin, Sunny … I think that is everyone, if I forgot ya, I didn’t mean too. Hope you all have a wonderful day/night. Thanks for always being there. I owe ya!

I don't even know what an M-16 is. Or an AK-47, but I like saying it Don't worry, all I kill is Raisin Bran and the only 'babies' I steal are DH's mini (baby?) shredded wheat. I never even thought of the baby stealing thing. Way too creepy. Which reminds me-I gotta stop watching Law and Order and shows like that!!!

I did shoot a gun once. When I was in FL a couple of my friends were into shooting at a range. They dragged me with them. I was terrified. They had a 22? Something that was not much more than a bb gun or starters pistol or something. Anyway, they promised it wouldn't have much recoil so I shot that. It was fun. I did pretty good for my first time. I wouldn't try the others because they were too loud and it looked like too much recoil.
But, I wanted to take my target back with me to show DH (I went home myself) so when I got to the airport I told the baggage person how I had a target sheet in my bags and didn't want to get arrested if they could detect gun powder smell. The baggage person looked at me like I was crazy, but told me that it wasn't a problem. How the hell would I know? Do people normally bring their target thingys with them on a plane? Probably not. I will see if I can dig it up and take a picture. I am so proud. Probably the last time I will shoot a gun...

Devan-I will probably piac one more time tomorrow, then maybe wait until this weekend. Really I want to see the completely clean slate. When I went back to look at this AM's it is now a little darker than yesterdays??? Don't worry, I am not driving myself crazy-really, I am doing a controlled scientific experiment here folks.

Jen- your gun story makes me giggle. DH and I have our FAC (fire arms licence) and are legally allowed to shoot, own and buy amo for guns. Shhh don't tell anyone, but we go rodent hunting on occasion. Hope y'all aren't into PETA or anything. LOL. I just shed a whole new light onto myself I guess...I'm a country girl sooooo.... hee hee. No AK-47 or M-16s here though.

Urg. I'm really procrastinating on getting ready for the gym...DH decided that's hwere we'll go while they show this place. And I'm just so grumpy...woken up early and then no 24 hrs notice. GRR!!!!!

I promise I'll go back and read all the posts in just a second. Just wanted to update everyone on my appt. this morning...

Good news this morning from the perinatologist. My placenta has moved some. He was actually shocked. He said it started so low and covering the cervix that he wouldn't have given us any odds of it moving. It's still close to the cervix so I go back again in 4 weeks for a checkup. But, the risk of bleeding (and full bedrest) just went way down!! He's going to send the full report to my OB and then said she and I can discuss the options. I still really want a c-section so we'll see what we can work. I've got lots of scar tissue in some delicate regions that would not do well for my endometriosis if I needed an episiotomy. We'll see what happens. The good news is Aiden is measuring great still. He is still a few days ahead (he was over a week ahead earlier) and weighs 2 lbs. 12 ounces. The doctor showed us the hair on his head (yeah!!) and said the baby will have high cheekbones. Hmmm. Of course, anything good the doctor says, DH automatically goes "Oh, he gets that from me!". Men!!

Rachael and Aiden!!! That is AWESOME news! I am so glad the placenta moved some! And that Aiden is growing. Just wait- you can blame the tantrums on your DH

Devan- it looks like a plastic toy. Does it hurt when you fire it? Are you a good shot? My dad was in the Army and he was a marksmen or something.
