Susan is at a bar too busy sending me nasty text messages because the Sox are up on my Rockies...
But I am not worried. All this talk reminds me of Envasion of the Body Snatchers. I wish DH liked scary movies. Wimp... Alana????

Hahaha, you girls have had me laughing for about 10 minutes!! I get home to find pictures of large guns, tales of 'cereal killers' and Shawna and Jen having a discussion about MIL's kidnapping kids and having them baptised. My side hurts!!
Back to reality, Brenna, congrats hun on seeing your little bean. The heartbeat sounds pretty good and your numbers are fantastic. If I remember about your last pregnancy the numbers weren't very good? Thats how both my mc's have been, so I think you are doing great. ![]() Congrats Rachael for the great u/s. Oh, and I'm all for the C-section too. If labour is even a tiny bit like the natural miscarriage I had I don't want to do it...EVER!! Give me drugs and a doctor anyday! Susan....woohoo!! I hope this is a sticky one! Come on you lousy beta....rise!! You can have some of mine if you like...its not dropping fast enough so I'm resorting to donating it to people. I bet it works and we see it double...this is exciting!! Devan, my DH is not too bad about all this online stuff. But then we do travel and move alot so he gets the need to find friends this way. Although he does what your DH does, reads the football forums but doesn't comment. Very funny! Shelly, how are you doing hun? Any further update on the ER?? Heidi, you are so pretty in your photos, I just love the charm Jen sent. I will get DH to take one of me this weekend, as soon as I can track him down!! (hes working long hours like me) Jo, actually, I do have a vet question for you. Do you know anything about the new fat pill for dogs? Canada doesn't allow it yet but I was curious as to whether you had prescribed it and if it worked. Let me know. Robin, 8 pounds? Am I reading that right? I get so confused as I'm used to metric. I was 6 1/2 pounds when I was born so I must be reading it wrong. Am I? If not, wow, you are having one wonderfully big boy there. Although, my sister was over 10 pounds and she was the cutest chubbiest baby ever. If I wasn't such a wimp (tall wimp!) I would want a big baby just like her. Shawna, you met your DH online? How? When? (I'm sure you've told me this I just can't remember) Tia, Martie, Ronni, how are you girls? I'm just so busy lately I feel very out of the loop of whats happening with you all. I think it could be like this until xmas though, still, I get to catch up on weekends etc. (Ronni, no appointment until next week now. My RE is pregnant and away!!!) I have some boring homework to do, then I'm up at 6pm for a VERY early class. UGH! I'm just glad this is the last horrible subject for awhile. I figured its best to get it out of the way while I'm not doing any TTC. I would hate to be hormonal AND tired! lol. ![]()

ronni- I was kinda thinking the same thing I mean if someone does try to take our babies they are not going to make it very far.
Jen you know what I think it the scariest show. Unsolved Mysteries, they had some freaky stuff on there sometimes and I still get chills when I hear the theme music. But when I was in college I would stay up all hours of the night watching that show in reruns. Yes I am a weirdo too. martie

Marite- Agreed that music is WAY creepy! LOL
Alana- Met him on a dating site but actually worked with his best friend's older brother. (confused yet? lol) And kind of knew his Best Friend before we ever even met. Actually I had been crushing on his best friend for the longest time. (And yes best friend was in our wedding party! LOL Our best man no less! Ha ha!) Anyways, it was a whirl wind romance, we met online chatted for hours on end on the phone for a few days...I swear we spoke so much I would drain the cordless phone and then drain my cell after that too. We met on New Years, got engaged in April that same year and married a year later. I just knew he was THE ONE. Hee hee. That's me in a nutshell. *help I'm in a NUT SHELL!* lol....wow Jen, you're not a weirdo, I just proved I was! LMAO!How are you feeling Alana? Still really tired? Did you ever take that Iron we all todl you to? lol. ![]()

Shawna, I did take the iron tablets. But (tmi) I couldn't poop for days so I stopped them. I was taking prune juice too but those iron tablets are pure evil. The 'nutshell' comment is Austin Powers isn't it? hehe, I love those movies.
Night Martie, you and Jellybean sleep well. Okay, stop distracting me you girls...I have homework to do!!!

Kinda lurkey-feeling tonight... not to be confused with turkey... (I'm with Jo... veggie-tarian).
Susan, this is pretty neat to find a 5 on the beta scale... what a great thing this could be! Jen - Oh, what's that? 4-1? Bring out those brooms, sistah! ![]() Brenna - congrats on a thriving little bean! That's what we like to hear!!! Rachael - I was so happy to read your good report, I actually said, "YAY!" outloud and my husband got all curious. (BTW - thought I would share with you that DH likes the name Rachael... he doesn't often agree on names with me... but he likes it.)Well, ER tomorrow morning. Go in for 10, retrieval at 11... praying for strong eggs! I just need two perfectly strong eggs to host my female and male chromosomes... Full report when I recover. Lovies!

I just got home from dinner and logged right on to see Brenna's big news! Yay!! I know you're nervous but my guy's heartbeat has been around 130 the entire time so that is a very small difference. I know Havanajimms had a very low heartbeat at her first u/s but no problems after that one. I really hope everything looks picture perfect next week at your appt so you can relax a little
![]() All of this crazy talk has me laughing too over here! Baby snatchers, late night baptisms, baseball bats for protection. LOL! Susan - I want to hear the big news straight from you too! Wow. We've got another buddy to add to the 1ww and POASing!! I've got my fingers crossed for nothing but good news for you! I love the miracle babies! Alana - Very weird about your beta still hanging around. I do think your RE should try to check everything out next week. Maybe you and Jen are the odd ones here that won't give up on that HCG... another study for Jen to work on. Shawna - I love your story about meeting your DH. And, I'm with you - all the good people are waiting in heaven for us regarless of the religion part. Actually, that is one of the theories with Judaism... to be accepting of other religions and not to try to convert people to a particular religion. Jo - A Vet!! You shouldn't have admitted that one. You'll be getting all sorts of questions from us now. So, since you're in farm country, do you do large animals and small? Heidi - Tell DH that Stella is safe here with us. We just want to admire his cutie! Good luck tomorrow with the RE consult and let us know what your update is. Jen - I'm glad the bathroom is making some progress over there. I know you'll be happy to have all of your named toilets back! Can't wait to hear tomorrow's PIAC results. I guess I'm hoping for a negative?? Game is only in the 4th inning. Wow... it's going to be a late night for the East Coasters! It's actually been raining all day over here (small miracle) so DH and I just got back from eating comfort Thai food. Yummy spicy coconut and chicken soup! We've got a game plan together for the c-section talk with my OB. Ha! Poor woman. I've read through all the scientific studies about attempting the vaginal birth (and episiotomy) with the location of my endometriosis and this poor OB is up for trouble. As it stands, I've still officially got the previa but I've got this feeling that everyone might gang up on a 9th inning change and I want to be prepared.
