LMAO!! Jo you are too funny! And no, I would NEVER leave you girls. Thats directed at Jen too, I am just taking a TTC break and don't want to be a downer for you all when so much exciting BFP's are happening. I'm just so excited for you all I figure I'll just step back and lurk a bit until I feel more like joining in.

But I'll still be having cycle monitoring and tests so I'll have some things to chat to you all about. I guess I just feel bad I'm still kinda in the 'poor me I keep having miscarriages' phase. Theres nothing worse than a whinger when you are trying to be positive. So until I'm not feeling so sorry for myself I'll let you girls keep me laughing away with your hilarious antics!! You girls ROCK!!!

tia- thank you for eating junk food!!!! And- you listed all of my favorites!!!!!!

I just ate soup. Potato leek bisque. It was just what I needed to fill me and keep me warm!!! I am feeling so cold right now.
DH and I are getting ready to see some ganster (or if you live in RI, gangstah) movie. It's directed by Ben Afleck so there should be some Boston accents in there!!!!

I am still hungry though and I am gong to want chocolate at the theater. I will sneak some of my own in!!! Help me to stop eating. There is a Taco Bell right next door to the movie theater. I don't know why I am craving all of this stuff!!!! My poas are still coming out neg.

Alana- thank you for not ever leaving us!

Jen- when is the next game???
Oh, that's right you lost last night so you probably would not know!!!!! See you gals later tonight!

Susan, um what don't I eat when I'm Pms'y and I'm PMs'y for two weeks straight. Taco Bell (Chalupas) always call my name when driving by. I eat yet more pasta than usual, chocolate, pizza, anything salty too, potatoe chips, stuff like that. I am a bottomless pit to put it nicely.

When preggo, well the only distinctive craving was meat. I was a strict vegetarian though not vegan for 13 years and during my second trimester my DH was cooking roast chicken and I couldn't take it anymore. I felt like such a traitor. Now I think I've fallen off the wagon too far to go back. Maybe, because I still have the guilts about it. Another reason is that I didn't what to risk anything once I finally got pregnant and didn't know if I could sustain a pregnancy on my bad diet. I didn't look after myself for years dietary wise. Lucky I met DH who showed me what normal eating was. (Not just because he ate meat, just that he was balanced). He's always telling me to consume more dairy so I don't get osteoporosis etc...

Are you going to see Gone Baby Gone. I hear it's really good.

Do any of you guys use hot water bottles in winter. We didn't have heat growing up (of course we didn't have winter's like New England does) so it was sufficient. I got all excited today ordering three hotties online. I got all sentimental. Goober.

Heidi-when we got cold growing up we would put on about 10 layers and a huge parka. Of course, this was in South Florida and it was 60 out side, but still that was cold for us!

Susan-friends don't let friends eat at Taco Bell. It is just not right. Go to a KFC/Taco Bell combo. It smells AWFUL! DH calles it the Alpo Bell...
The game is tomorrow at 6pm (Mountain time) in a city that is HIGH all the time!

Jo-I should have driven to Georgia too. What is that, a 3 day drive? My guys have driven from IL to CA to CO. Maggie has actually driven from FL to IL to CA to CO. She is a country traveler!

Alana-I don't care if you are feeling whatever- still check in from time to time. We will ALWAYS be thinking about you. You can lurk, you can not check in every day, but you are like my left arm-I like to know its there!!!

Tia-you should see him when he is grumpy and cranky. He is like a 3 year old. NO, I am sorry-I bet SuperGirl acts more mature than him!
Okay-don't tell him I told you this, but when his hair gets too long on top (like now) from the side (his side profile) he looks like Beavis. I make him turn sideways and yell "fire, fire" just like Beavis. It makes me lmao!!! So funny. He also does a great Steven Tyler impression.

I can't believe it....I was gone for about 8 hours and when I come back there are 3 pages of posts to catch up on. No wonder we have trouble getting pregnant--we're all having, er, social intercourse with each other instead of....well, you get where I was going.

When I was gone for those hours I was eating most everything Tia mentioned, especially chocolate. How long can I blame these extra 10# on the fertility meds I took?

No, I can't imagine him kicking the kind of stinkeroos that "Baby Tarzan" has been lately. She knows I embarrase easily so she waits until we get to Target before she kicks a fit. How do they get so smart so fast.

I am laughing at all the stories over here today!! Social intercourse... well it's the only type I'm allowed right now so of course I'm addicted too!!

Jo- Thanks for the advice on the doggie insurance. Don't tempt me about driving for visits! It is crazy what I spend on this accident prone dog here in the big city. My Mom just took our farm dog to the country vet up there and they only charged her $27 for the rabies vaccine. We were both laughing that we can't remember the last time we walked out of a vet for under $100.

Jen - Did I miss the PIAC update of the day? I can see my DH being a butthead about teeth cleaning too. I hope you little guy is at least feeling better over there. Maybe you just need more milk for the kitty

Alana - If you don't check in, we'll be forced to throw more sheep at you! And, we are not just a cheery person place over here so we need you around to keep Jen and Shawna in check!

Heidi - I've never tried the hot water bottles. I know everyone up North used to always tell me stories about keeping their mittens and socks on the radiator to be nice and toasty. I'm sure dd will love the adventure.

Hmmm... as far as cravings I've got to say pizza and pasta are my two best friends lately! Oh, and my morning raisin bran addiction. I have to admit too - I've never eaten at Taco Bell. I know I'm missing an American past time but I can't ever pass up the pizza hut personal pizza and they are always combo stores! For fast food, I love Chick fil A. Any of you have that near you? I'm know it's real big in the South.

chick-fil-a is my favorite! We just had it last night. Dh says they put crack in the lemonade and polynesian sauce! Yum!
So you are a Raisin bran cereal killer to, huh? I like my bran.

We are back to baseline...now we just need to wait a few days and I will piac again...I don't even wanna think about it!

Poor Jake. He is still coming out of the anestheia. He is on wet food for 5-7 days (he is thrilled-he loves the stuff). But I have to hide the dry stuff. Sam only eats dry and Etienne eats both, as does Jake. I had to limit Jake tonight because he hasn't eaten since last night and we don't want him tossing his food. He keeps licking his plate...my poor baby. I just want to feed him and make him happy. It is strange-he keeps walking really low to the ground, tail down. Probably still from the meds? Oh, Jo- is it okay to give him a little milk? vanilla ice cream? (never chocolate!)

I love the Chick-fil-A lemonade too! I think I actually like the diet better than the regular but I've been avoiding artificial sweetners.

It always takes my Cooper a long time to come out of drugs too. He just sits around looking all droopy for the night and I always feel pittyfull too Jake will be back to his playful self tomorrow!
