Jen - Don't worry - us faithful aren't scared away!

Brenna - Good call on the crocs. I just saw them in the kiddie section in a mary jane style. Do they make those for adults?

Devan - What a great weekend! Just lounging sounds very peaceful right now. A perfect way to heal!

Tia - I'm an expert now! Here's my advice. You have to keep the jug cold the whole time so set up a cooler/igloo in the bathroom with ice. Then, just use a disposable plastic cup to pee into, transfer the urine to the big jug in the cooler, and just chuck the plastic cup. I keep a big stack of those plastic bags from the grocery store next to the cooler and just put the used cup in there and throw it away. They gave me a bedpan type device but it's way too messy to have to even think about cleaning this thing and moving it around. The only tough part is you basically have to do all your peeing at home so no long errand running or else you've got to hold it

Tonight we recorded a Hawaii song for the background of the DVD I'm sending my parents. DH did the beats and guitar rythyms, I was on slide guitar and DD was on vocals. DH got the giggles because my part sounded like a an old island chief that woke up from a stuper.

Heidi, I remember those family 'musical' recordings when I was growing up. Is it just a kiwi thing or do others do that? We used to use my grandmas old ukelailes (sp??) and make up silly songs for everyone. I'm feeling really homesick right now, my Dad phoned 1/2 hour ago and had the flu....its really hard when hes living so far away. His NZ accent makes him sound so much more vulnerable.

Tia, my mum passed away when I was 17 and I had sworn off the whole religion/spiritual thing because it all seemed so wrong. Only, since then similar things like what happened to you have happened to me. The list is quite long, but its like your story, lights go off, things appear that went missing, strange coincedences etc. I'm not religious (yet!) but this has always kept me on my toes.

I can swap with someone in here. I don't know many of the IUI girls though. Is it soon? I'll find the post and read all the rules.

Peachy, I can't take the credit - DH is the musically creative one. I just tag along.

Devan, I'm sure it wouldn't be funny to anyone else, you'd just feel sorry for me and tell me to stick with my day job.

Diva, we were all piano players in our house, so we had some real honky-tonk moments.
