lol...Heidi...I'm glad you saw it too. Sometimes I wonder if my overly imaginative mind sees stuff thats not there. But they really do remind me of oven-mitts. Very beautiful though...I've always wanted to visit Maine...especially since Stephen King was one of my favourite authors for many many years.

Oh, and before I scoot off to eat something of substance before collapsing into bed (I'm such a lightweight these days....what the heck is wrong with me?) I haven't experienced alcohol or cigerattes, but my family doctor many years ago put me on valium for stress (turns out it was a food intolerance) and got me completely addicted to it for four years. I'm past that now....but I'm very very sympathetic to anyone who has or is dealing with an addiction. Its one of the toughest things to get through and takes a toll on anyone and everyone involved. (next to IF of course, I've realized this is just as tough)

Shelly Dh has begged me not to find out this go round. So we are waiting.......

Yeah Hiedi for the trial!

Susan, I am sorry baby B did not make it. I know the loss hurts. I am so happy baby A is thrivingI know your family loves you and means well, and you just have to hear it as that.

Devan! I cannot wait for your u/s! As for the BD, I am with you I could live without it now, but they have other ideas. I was told after first beta I could. As long as you do not have any bleeding issues. I bled pretty good once (thank God for my fetal doppler to check the hb!), I was banned for twoo weeks, but all is well now.

Rachel it is very normal for a baby to lose weight after delivery. So no worries....And my son ate every hour and 1/2 for the first week or so and then started stretching out to two hours for the next week or two and so on......I am sure you are producing plenty. Personally I would strictly nurse because your body is trying to figure out how much he eats to regulate how much milk to produce. So I would worry if you start supplementing this early you might not produce enough. That is if you want to strictly breastfeed. I did both of mine for 5 months before starting cereals, by 10 months they weaned themselves.

Martie, I am glad the heartbeat went well finally!

Alana, I am so excited for you to get back on the horse!!! We will be with you all the way!

Congrats on the schedule Amy! And I feel for you and DH. You just have to keep reminding yourselves of the end goal. His and yours. And take many, many big deep breaths when things get hairy! I have been through both so I really can sympathize. I have been a non-smoker for 13 years now with only one 4 month relapse about 11 years ago (when my mom died). It does get easier. And it is so worth it.

I know I keep thinking about the belly shot, but I always look dumpy since I am so lazy now.......lol, so I wont let anyone take my pic. Terrible I know and I will regret it. I will try and get one this week I promise.

Susan-I am so sorry about Baby B. I know how hard this must be. I am glad that Baby A is doing great

Martie-glad your appointment went well for the baby. Stupid nurse/tech.

Devan-awesome numbers!!!

Heidi-yay for starting on the trial!

Amy-yay for getting your calendar!

And me: Good stuff. E2= 42, FSH=6. Better than I expected. I had 6 follies on the left, 4 on the right. But the ones on the right looked bigger. And this place seems to have a higher resolution u/s machine...even DH and I could tell what was what!
So, clomid CD5-9, b/w CD10, check for surge, call and u/s...if right follie(s), then IUI... and HCG shots.

The other thing...the woman I told you about with the 18 year old kid who needs a kidney told me that the transplant coordinator said it was okay that I had a transfusion. So, I filled out paperwork today. The way I see it is this-if I am pregnant this cycle, then no, I can't donate. If not, and I am a match, then I will, as long as they let me know that I can still do IVF, and how long after. I guess we will see what is fated in the cards. I doubt they will do anything now because I am going to be on clomid...

MEN?! all i could do was laugh!

Yay for Alana getting back on the bus!
Yay for Amy getting her IVF schedule - you'll be surprised how quickly it all happens now!
Yay for Christines great beta!
Yay for April having the fibroid evicted soon!
Yay for Jen's right follies, awesome FSH and another chance at IUI!
Yay for Aiden's helthy eating habits and big bris ceremony tomorrow!

Boo for Ronni's monster chest cold and f'd up project at work that's keeping her up to her eyeballs in frustrations. And boo for the fact that she can't seem to get excited about heading up to CCRM two weeks from tomorrow for testing. My gut tells me DH and I may be out of the TTC game because we simply waited too long and I'm a dried up old hag.

Yeah, I'm having a little "poor me party". But I'll get over it soon.

Ronni, don't be too hard on yourself. You certainly don't look like a dried up old hag on the outside, so I've got good feelings about your innards too! Try to keep your spirits up. Sorry you are so sick. MIL was sick and we were stuck in the car with her for 6 hours yesterday, so I'm sure it'll be my turn next.

Meanwhile, could it be possible that 3 days on BCP and I'm zitty, have itchy boobs and can't stop shoving anything eatable into my mouth? Are those typical symptoms? Yuck.
