Shawna thats great news that you are feeling better about TTC. Hey, we might end up cycling together, I'm expecting to start mine up in about 7-8 days, however with my crazy cycles it could be longer. Either way we can cheer each other on.
About the FSH strips, thats great you can buy strips. Although I would assume your RE tests that on CD3 each time? I know both the RE's I've had did. Which is why I know in the last year its increased an entire point. Very scary! Ouch, I'm having the worst pains in my tummy today. TMI here but I think its gas! Lovely I know. This cold I have seems to include feeling headachy and nauseas (sp?), DH has it too. Is it me or are illnesses just getting weirder? I remember when I was a kid a cold meant a runny nose and sneezing, now it seems to mean everything falls apart along with it. Oh, Susan I read that story about the kids thrown off the bridge....what the hell is wrong with these people?? You don't throw your babies off a bridge because you had a fight with your wife. I'm so emotional right now I actually starting bawling reading about it. That man needs to be thrown off with them. Some people really don't deserve their fertility. ![]()

Smoking during pregnancy is pretty stupid...I know because my Auntie did that too because the doctors said she'd smoked so much for so long it was more dangerous for her to stop. Thats how much of an addict she was!!
But honestly, throwing them all off a bridge like that is just horrible. You know what did stand out a bit though, they say the father is a crack addict and if you see the ages of the kids, 4 mths, 12 months, 2 years and 3 years, the mother was basically solidly pregnant for about 3 years. What the hell was she doing having that many kids with a loser like that??? What is wrong with these people??!!

i know Alana- That story as well as the hiker story getting decapitated really got to me. I am starting to wonder what drives people in this day and age.
Is it stress? The media? Drugs? Environmental toxins? Or just plain selfishness. I am feeling like a giant blob today. My contractor came over to start some work(ugly) and he said, "oh are you pregnant? How far along are you? i said amlost three months. he almost passed out. Oh most women don't usually show that early. Should I have hit him??? ANyone heard from April??? |

Not heard from April or Mel yet.
Definately you should have clocked him one....what a charming guy he is!! Yikes...what the hell is everyone doing out in my garden? It looks like chaos...okay...now I really must go check on them all.

Alana- I should have sold you ours. Upon thinking about having the hot tub we realized: (a) it's not good for DH's already low counts (b) I shouldn't really be going in it either during the 2ww (c) we don't use it enough.
I hope that you use yours plenty! I will say that it is extrememly nice to have it though...very relaxing. I do enjoy that part of it! Susan- IVF girls show sooner. It's okay Sweetie! Just smack that D I C K in the face and tell him to mind his mouth! ![]() |

Oh, Susan... that falls along the same lines as what happened to me last night. One of the waiters, not mine but one we see all the time and chat with, said, "I was going to ask if you were pregnant or just fat." I kid you not, right out of the horse's mouth.
...so i know how you feel.

Shelly- Oh he's a real charmer too!
Were you showing at 9 weeks? What is wrong with me? Do you think it could be b/c my uterus expanded a bit more for the second baby(which is still there ) as well?I look at least 4 months. I should take a pic... Hang on... Don't laugh, maybe it's b/c I have gas all of the time! Yes, I have a J Lo butt too... Always have. |

So cute Susan. I think IVF peeps show very early. All the drugs and hormones. When I was pregnant briefly after IVF I looked about 5 months already.
Oh and if that's a J-Lo butt, then I've got two of them.

Susan I think your bump is beautiful, It does say your pregnant. I agree with Heidi, I hear that IVF gives you a head start on showing. There isn’t anything wrong with showing already; enjoy it. It is just something new to get used to, you’re pregnant and dang are you too cute. But that guy was a jerk-face, idiot. Men don’t really do sensitive all that well.
