Yes this will be a much funner game when no more PIO. However, I'm sure it will feel weird to not be on meds.

hi girls! hope everyone had a good day! i feel so behind on all of your posts. work is keeping me so busy, so i am lucky if i get in 3 quick sneaks!

april, we are thinking about you!!!

susan, what an adorable baby bump! i want to see more!

alana, i am jealous of your hottub, even though hopefully i won't be able to use on here soon!

i have a question for all of you who have done ivf before...i have been working out about 4 times a week. i run/walk 3-4 miles and then do lunges/squats, lift arm weights and then do about 10 minutes of ab stuff. when do i need to stop this routine? is it safe to continue until i start my stims? i start lupron next friday and am on that for 10 days. i am wondering if i can continue my workouts while i am an lupron. i guess i should ask my re about it, but i thought i would check in with you gals.

I know what you mean Susan, I'll be nervous too but I too know that our RE's know what they are talking about.

HI Jen, HI Amy! Hope you had good days.

Oh Amy, I was told to stop working out from stims to beta. Best of luck, it will be here before we know it.

April we DO miss you. Hope all is well. It is only 430 where April is so maybe Mel is waiting until tonight to post. You girls will probably be sleeping already.

Amy definitely stop when starting stims due to the size that your ovaries tend to become! You don't want to risk an ovarian torsion...

Jen- I want a flat butt.

April -where are you??

Maybe Mel is just staying with her until she goes to sleep? you are right, it is still early in Cali.

That is great news. Seems our April is doing just fine. Let her know that we are all thinking of you please. We miss you.

Okay I'm off to fight traffic and get my sleepy butt home. We can't all have the pleasure of only living 3 miles from home (I'm not the bit jealous of you Jen).

TaTa for now. I'll have to go out to the grocery store later, ugh. I just want to put on PJ's and call it a good night.

Amy-I was told that I needed to keep my heart rate under 140. Can you do that? I would definitely go easy on weights when you are stimming so you don't twist your growing ovaries. You should be able to walk at a moderate pace, keeping your hr down or do some other low impact exercise (elliptical machine). I wouldn't run...
