I think I might have missed a page or two in there but here's the jist of today...

Susan is sitting with ice on her nipple, peeing in her pants, eating multiple dinners and yet still has a tiny butt even pregnant

April is loving Morphine

Alana is about to be a hottie with a hot tub

Shelly is still a tiny pregnant lady

Jen go righties!!

I miss everyone. I've been trying to type this post for hours now

Poor Aiden just isn't happy tonight. It makes you feel so guilty... I've tried everything. DH just got home to find me in tears... one of those nights.

I promise to someday be back with all of my friends here

Alright Ladies.... it is about 830 and my eyes are starting to cross. I'm going to take that as a sign and take my butt to bed. I tried to eat my dinner but I don't have much of an appetite. Tomorrow I'll pig out for babies sake.

Love to you all.

Hi Mel, I see you down there. Thanks so much for the update on April. We wish her nothing but a smooth recovery. Give her our Love and let her know we are thinking about her. By the way, did you get a cute nurses outfit for her. We thought that would help in her recovery. LOL.

Nighty Night all. Hugs! About 72 hrs until u/s, AHH!

when we went to pick up the pizza, they had double doors. There was a sign on the left door that said Go to the Right. I think this was a sign . Then again, when you leave the restaurant the sign on the door says Go to the Left. But I saw the Right one first!!!

Oh sillies...

Jen - I am praying for some great news over here... Go righties!

Rach - Never apologize to US for doing what you gotta do! We will ALWAYS be here when you need us! And boy, do we understand you've got your hands full! We love you, sweets!

Susan - just a side note... I have no guest room but rather a very comfortable couch and not so comfortable floor... guess who's sleeping on the couch and letting his pregnant wife sleep on the floor... *sigh* My husband thought it was funny, too.

April and Mel - So glad to hear all is well over there! Mel, you take good care of her! We need all of our girls happy and healthy so we can have some lovely BFPs this year! Woohoo! Rest up, April... we're praying for you! Hugs!!

Well, it's raining it's pouring and I woke up snoring... hehe... not really... but it is raining... after a MONTH of snowstorms, Mother Nature is giving us rain... I guess it's only fitting after she gave us a WEEK of high 50s! (Seriously, Tuesday was 62 in some places... WILD!) And I'm off to work. Ta ta!

I'm going to brave the weather and do some errands because DH is working the next three days and taking the car. Cabin fever.

Shelly, maybe they didn't want her to roll off the couch and thought the floor was the best bet? Hmm, trying to think of the logical reason. Well, good thing they're just temporary guests.

Mel, thanks for the update.

Rache, these early days are so tiring. It's so hard when they can't communicate why they're upset and nothing you do will help. Does he like being swaddled? I swaddled DD until she was about 4 months. She got strong enough to peel her way out of it.
I remember basically just walking around the house with her for hours trying to get her to stop crying. She definately had "hours to discontent" especially as DH was coming home from work around 9PM. She also had her days and night mixed up for a few months.
It sounds like you're doing so well. A natural. I don't know if I ever told you that my first mommy-meltdown was at the hospital after she was born. About the second day/night I was tired already from the feedings, and DH had left to go home, so I finally decided to take her to the nursery so I could sleep. I don't know what came over me, I felt so guilty for leavng her there like I couldn't handle it already. Little did I know that that was perfectly normal. Well when I wheeled her in there, a mean nurse said out loud "somebody's not swaddled properly" and I just lost it and put her in the room with the babies and bawled my eyes out. Her comment just triggered a huge insecurity that I couldn't swaddle her right and I was ditching her in the nursery. Another younger nurse found me sobbing and gave me some meds to calm down. I felt like such a looney-tune. In hindsight it must have been my hormones and tiredness.

I just heard thunder, not sure if I'll go out now.

wow I feel like I've missed so much ... i think i have over 15 pages to catch up ... so this is a all about me selfish post!

I went to the urologist on Tue and he put me on a low sodium diet (no more pizza for me ... that is "real pizza")

He also put me on a water pill every morning ... all I do is pee all day long! But i will say that since Tue ... 3 lbs down ... i guess I was loaded with water

I have to go back to the vet with Princess (daschund) .. her blood work came back and she has lupus

I'm taking the "milk run" train this afternoon .. so i will catch up then

Jen ... what is that restaurant in Evanston that Walt likes ... we have our all day Adoption 101 class tomorrow in Evanston?

Miss you and love you girls .... sorry I haven't been around to much .... swamped with adoption paperwork

still no excuse ... even John said ... what's up with you ... no posting!
