Brenna you are a teeny tiny pregnant lady...your bump is adorable! Wow, I bet its your six pack or something holding it all in there...you are 17 weeks and barely showing!!

As for the puppy...what can I say?? So cute I feel like stealing him...what a little darling. The mummy is gorgeous too. In fact you are all gorgeous, your family must turn heads when you walk around together!

Susan, thats so exciting you can listen to your babies heartbeat. I never seem to get to that point in my pregnancies...I mean they have heartbeats but they seem to develop late (trisomy thing I guess) and they are always too slow. I hope oneday I get to hear what you are listening to.

You will next week too Devan...I can't wait to hear all about it.

Hi Shawna.

Shawna they are so adorable...what with them and Brennas puppy I'm in the mood for another pet! Which would be totally insane, I live in a tiny crackhouse and I already have three!! lol

I'm actually doing kinda crap today...as I posted earlier my cold is bad today. So I'm holed up in the basement while painter boy paints (I'm really not up for much purving right now) lying on the sofa trying to get some sleep. But this stupid cough keeps waking me up every few minutes so I'm really really tired.

I'm having my own little pity party here.

How are you?

Awww Alana! I hate being that sick!! it's rough! I hope you're feeling better soon!! You know it's bad when you're not up to perving! lol

Have any of you heard about this? I'm trying to get the word out. I actually sent them a "nice" letter telling them that that this is messed up and uncalled for. Perhaps if we flood them with enough of those types of letters, they'll rethink making this show?

Wow thats an insensitive show idea. I just LOVE these horrible bitter talk show hosts who judge those of us not willing to give up on having a family. Sure, there are probably times when IF makes us all a little bit desperate, but honestly, its a disease like any other....would they tell a cancer patient to 'give up' and stop fighting? Of course not...and while its not exactly the same...IF is just as upsetting for those of us experiencing it, its not just about getting pregnant either, for some of us its about KEEPING it!!

Let them know that Alana! Maybe if enough of us do....they won't air it...or revise it to be an educational show instead of crap!

I fear I might curse and swear at them. I doubt Tyra Banks would listen anyway. It sounds to me like she enjoys upsetting people. She should just get Britney Spears on and be done with it. Thats probably the most upsetting thing she could do to us all!

(anyone get the impression I don't like Brit-Brit very much?? lol)

I did curse. and besides, you never know until you try. We couldn't complain if the show did air and we did nothing.

grits love your pictures I guess that means I have to show my bump (I was kinda holding out because I was not sure if it was just fat or not) I will see about getting one up asap.

Hi Robin i posted this earlier but your little Alex is soo cute!!!

I hate Tyra Banks yet I still watch America's next top model while my DH works on sundays (they always have on a marathon of some sort) I cannot stop myself it is so yucky!! The idea of her show is terrible. I know sometimes people get lost and do not know when to stop but I do not think bringing someone on a 2nd rate show to ask them to stop is really the answer, this is something you have to come to terms with on your own. What if it is like my case were my DH is total against adoption then what am I suppose to do if I want a child. Plus adoption is not an easy route either there is still a lot of time and money that has to go into that. Oh goodness listen to me. Plus I am getting all teary eyed and I am at work.

Shawna, I just sent through some anonymous messages to The Tyra Bank show. I can't believe they would consider running that show.

I'm bummed because I may have to consider not watching Next Top Model and I love that ridiculous how.

Okay Shawna, I emailed and complained. I was quite proud of myself, no cursing or anything. I just let them know I thought they were being very insensitive and judgemental. Which I'm sure will just make them want to do it even more!

My head feels like its going to explode. I'm going to go lie down for a bit. Do any of you know which cold medications we can take while cycling/TTC etc? While we didn't do an IUI this cycle I still like to be cautious as DH and I are always (pointlessly I'm sure) optimistic a natural pregnancy might happen again. So, is it sudafed we can have? I want one with the night time tablet that helps with sleep.

Alana, sorry you feel so rotten. Being sick sucks. My sore throat didn't eventuate into anything. Knock on wood. Yesterday while I was at work, DD projectile vomited and had diarhea. TMI. Today she is so lack luster. I hate seeing her like this, and really don't want to catch it either.

I've had this weird craving for blue cheese and had some today for lunch. I know blue cheese is a strange thing to talk about after talking about projectile vomiting. I think I wanted it because I know I shouldn't while TTC or when you get pregnant and I hate being told what not to do, so felt the need to eat it subconsciously. Why else would I have such a specific craving. Don't worry it was pasterized, but still.

Anyone used Lupron before? Any side effects that you had? Amy are you starting that soon. I hope it's gentle on us.
